Hi.
May anyone do XLHQ (XXLHQ better) Pics of Alpha, Beta, Unlimited, Revised?
Especially Dual Lands, Power 9, other restricted cards from other sets (Imperial Seal, Library of Alexandria and other).
And playable expensive Vintage and Legacy cards (Force of Will, Mana Drain, Bazaar of Baghdad, Mashra's Workshop and other).
Huggybaby or deicidemilan, do you planing to do it?
I think, it will be very needed for more vintage and legacy players.
Or may be someone knows, where I can download Dual Lands and Power 9 in XLHQ?

I assume since you only wanna make proxies (and not be a naughty boy) may I suggest using Snacko's Proxygen, located further down in the forum list?

Hey folks, I temporarily have access to a normal internet connection so I've been working on the torrent. I'll have the fulls done in a short while, and I'll need testers.

Here's what I have so far, no promos, digital editions, starter sets, and who knows what else.

I'm still considering categories too. I'm thinking of adding a Promos folder, not sure yet.

And if I ever get this done, I'll start a brand new HQ pics topic. The old torrent is six years out of date.

Normal size cards in XLHQ format are 1040h x 745w @ 96 dpi, and we have no plans to do anything larger as we consider these relatively future-proof, considering the Oversize cards in XLHQ format come in at 1490x1040 pixels which just about fills up a 1920x1080 TV or monitor. Maybe in the future when 4K monitors are becoming the norm.

Torrent Testing

Notes:
1) I had to call Conflux CFX instead of CON due to Windows limitations.
2) All 3-letter set codes are from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Ma ... ering_sets.
3) Folder classifications are going to change, but I'm mostly following the layout from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Ma ... ering_sets for now. Otherwise my freaking hair will fall out.
4) I'm using brackets for all numbered cards e.g. Forest [1]; this is the Magic Album format and I'm not wedded to it. Comments are welcome as I'm most interested in supporting as many apps as possible OOB.
5) Zips are using non-compressed Store format for quickest access.
6) I'll be using Mahamoti's promos as a reference, but some of those, like Duel Decks, overlap with the classifications I'm using now, and many also don't have standard set codes. I'm not sure how to proceed with these.
7) Some things in the 2007 torrent may not make the cut this time. Magnets are an example.

One thing to check - are all the split cards named by the same convention? Some were like "FireIce.full.jpg" and some like "Fire-Ice.full.jpg".

That's a great question, thank you, I'll check on that.
I think the spelling without the hyphen is how I did it before. WOTC appears to use two slashes, so Fire//Ice.

Thanks Huggybaby for starting this up again. Real-life-itis hit me quite badly and I've only had time for occasional promo scans and such. I'll be happy to help verify and check anything and obviously start the seeding. Then when this is all ready, I can also help restructure the first post for all newcomers.

I'm seeding the newest and the old CCGHQ MTG Pics, but not all the time. My PC is kind of crap. I will keep seeding as long as possible.
