I must say Woogerboy, looking great.
Okay so Tanthorjen is looking to process his first set. As soon as we have it scanned we can pass it along to him

So are we looking to get the scans from various members that can contribute or is the plan to wait for when I get the set as a whole and have all the images from one scanner?
Also if they are interested in a single sheet of 9 to test on I have uploaded 9 rare cards from the fat pack I opened while working with Extreme that can be used.
There are 2 .tif files. The one with no color in the file name has no color control/profiling from my scanner and the other has color control turned on. The sheet also has a planeswalker on it.
Usually sheet scans aren't in tif format but if I do the scans I can save them in whatever format.

I don't know if I would recommend it for the average person as it took a lot of time to get configured correctly and its a pain to recalibrate your settings but when they are things are consistent across devices. That's why I was kind of wondering how things looked "off" to others. Especially when I took the images to machines that didn't have any special color profiles setup and they looked to have similar results.
I'm guessing its just cause I over saturated the image intentionally.

Good call on the calibration device!
Saturation is a major thing that separates our pics from others. Saturation looks good, that's why I employ it for the tiny fun crops, but our goal is verisimilitude so if a card is printed looking washed out, that's what we want.

Yes, what's missing? I think we have the processing capability now, so we must be missing scans.

Seriously Danzman can't you be patient ? You are doing nothing to have scans and you ask for people who are using their own free time to get faster ? I hate that kind of child attitude...
Scans will be there when they will be there.

I dont have the entire set. The images I was posting earlier was just cards I pulled from a fat pack. I just put the set on order from wizards a few days ago.Danzman wrote:Hello woogerboy21! Can you please load Magic 2014 a bit quicker, 'cause i already wait for hq pics of this set about a month

Just keep up the good work people. I mean, the excellent work. The problem is having lads spending their free time complaining about crap when they could indeed do something useful.
I, in my idle state of action, have to stand grateful to all you who make having these cards possible.

It's OK. As I've said before, better that you care than that you don't.
