Please post here ONLY if you have a quest deck that needs testing or you think should be included in the Quest mode.
Please use the following nomenclature when exporting your deckfiles to the forum:
AIQUEST-nameofdeck.deck where nameofdeck stands for the name of your deck.

Notes: Battle of Wits does come out eventually if you wait long enough (20 turns is the latest Ive seen it played and 8 turns the earliest (ouch!) but the deck can also just win with the many creatures it has at it's disposal. Be wary of stray spells that may ruin your whole day.

Notes: Burning Dragons will clean your flesh from your bones if you let them. Be quick or be dead here. This deck will kill you if you let it get to 6 mana. the AI isn't smart but it is direct. Each card in this deck has a purpose and that purpose is to lead to your demise. Be warned.

Notes: The AI manages these cards fairly well though it does not know to sacrifice Sarcomite Myr when it is being killed. Hopefully our brilliant developers will figure sacrifices out eventually and give us truly nasty AI opposition. In the mean time the Sky is a dangerous place to be with this deck. The Machines are scanning for life and if they find it they will cleanse it thoroughly.

This deck is mainly meant to be a possible example of an early-stage quest deck for the computer. It is meant to give us a challenge early on when we have a smaller card pool.

This is for the most part a green weenie deck. It uses Kaysa as the only multi creature pumper. The other pumpers are short term, Aggressive Urge, Giant Growth and Wildsize.

This deck was designed to have a Tarzan type of theme. The Flying Carpet is included to give Tarzan and the apes the ability to swing from the trees. I have seen the computer sometimes give the jungle (Utopia Tree) this flying ability.

On several occasions I have seen the computer give the flying ability to an elephant. That in combination with the pump spells can be awesome. Imaginge being attacked with a Flying, Trample Elephant pumped up to 10/10.

And I thought that this was a Tarzan movie. I guess I was in the wrong theatre, it looked like I was watching a Disney movie.

Aggro green can be tough if you dont have a fast deck. Not sure this is a good early deck...maybe more like a mid deck depends on how strict we want to be with the difficulties. I can see ways to tweak this deck to make it nastier and ways to make it easier.

Things got a wee bit hetic on my part, long story and we will leave it at that.

Rares recently updated the questData file. He removed several of his original works and added in most of the AI decks that were included in with the 100 deck archive.

I could not remember where to look to find this most recent version and we have an older version included with the 04-04 BETA release. I found the file in my back up and decided to post it here. This should help to prevent our work from getting to far out of sync with one another.

Thanks Chris and everybody, that questData sounds good. I'm still trying to figure out what sort of quest decks are fun and unfun, although opinions will vary.

OK, time to get started. I made a few small changes to the Tarzan deck. I have imported it into the questData file.

I will need a few weeks to add and adjust decks before I have a new version of the questData file to release. At that time I will pm a copy to Dennis and Rares and I will also post a copy in this forum.

I also want to thank everyone for their help. Can't do it without you guys.

This is a not so small tone down for the "R2-D2 = AI-Black-Vise" deck. I play tested against this version using constructed mode format and I turned off the land threading flag. I still lost but I feel that this is a step in the right direction.

This is another recent deck that is now being added, the "Scotty = Yo Yo" deck. The changes are fairly minor. I recently discovered that Enlightened Tutor is restricted, so I reduced this down to 1 card.

We will keep Gando's "Terminator = Machines Mind" deck the same for the moment. This deck will most likely become one of the harder decks that we face. This is due to the Master of Etherium, Memnarch, Bribery and Control Magic cards.

I resisted the temptation to add 4 Seat of the Synod to this deck, I think that it is strong enough as is.

I created a deck with the new vampire ability and included a few creatures with wither. I had fun playing the deck and enjoyed playing against it.

Today, I created a total of three different variants of this deck and I have named them, Buffy I through Buffy III. :lol:
