Stuck at "Loading Decks"

Hi, this is my first post on the forums. I really enjoy using Forge, however,every update after 1.3.9 gets stuck at "Loading Decks" on the load screen. I've reinstalled Java Runtime Environment 7.0 just to make sure I had the appropriate java installed, and still the same problem. I've asked my friends who use Forge if they knew how to help me, but still nothing. Maybe there is something simple I'm missing, I don't know, please help?
