AI uses Glare of Subdual on THEIR main turn so all of their creatures are tapped, and then my turn starts so all my creatures become untapped ready to attack....

AI uses Remand on Mox Emerald.
AI uses Shadow Slice, Undercity Plague, and Last Thoughts, and other Cipher cards on a non-flying creature it can't attack with while I have no defenders vs flying but plenty for non flying and the AI has 2 flying creatures...

Hey noian, you seem to be posting a lot, which is fine, but consider jotting a few of these ideas down and posting them as a single post, instead of posting every few minutes with a different one.

AI uses Jace, the Mind Sculptor not in a clever way.
It kept adding Loyalty counters but never triggered the main ability: it would have killed me almost instantly.
It did win anyway (maybe the AI seeing that possible path was the reason for the behavior?) but it just felt like a "bug".

I hope im posting in the right thread
The ai would rather block a 5/7 than a 4/4 double strike with his 2/2

AI seems to be completely lost when it comes to Nykdos, Shrine to Nyx: as soon as it has Nykdos and two other lands in play, even with an otherwise empty board, as soon as the upkeep step, it activates the second ability of the shrine, chooses white, receives no mana for the trouble, shrugs and passes the turn.
Even if it cannot evaluate the devotion accurately to decide if it's worth it, just hardcoding it to only ever use the first ability would at least enable it to continue playing ...

Another problem with planeswalkers, it seems.
AI casts Sarkhan Vol and I think "I'm dead", but then never uses ANY of its abilities.
Until I eventually win.

This and Deathrite Shaman which does a similar thing in the upkeep could be made more sane by preventing their use in the upkeep, as in general they are ok in the main phase and almost always very bad in the upkeep.LordHelmchen wrote:AI seems to be completely lost when it comes to Nykdos, Shrine to Nyx: as soon as it has Nykdos and two other lands in play, even with an otherwise empty board, as soon as the upkeep step, it activates the second ability of the shrine, chooses white, receives no mana for the trouble, shrugs and passes the turn.

Ok guys, just spotted a significant problem with the AI (not) dealing with Mystifying Maze while commanding Exalted creatures.
It keeps sending a single attacker in and getting it bounced back. Even when attacking with more creatures would grant multiple hits.
Basically a single copy of that card completely obliterates an Exalted deck used by the AI
(Possibly a known problem already, exalted being popular and all).

AI doesn't respond very well to shade pumps (ie Nantuko Shade). Even if AI has plenty mana, a simple Disfigure will kill any shade.
I have seen AI respond to some spells/abilities very well. I suspect it's method/function for pumping is saying to activate it only after Blocker's have been declared.

AI sometimes plays lands like Boros Garrison and then choose that card to return to their hand.
In multiplayer Commander, all of the AIs target me, even if one of them has a Felidar Sovereign and more than 40 life.
Also, this may just be a way so the player can't tell if the AI has something up its sleeve, but it'll attack with creatures even if none of them will get through.

AI enchant its own creature with less than 2 Toughness with Flowstone Embrace
so it cant activate its ability without destroying its own creature
----
AI uses the effect from Lim-Dûl the Necromancer on Creature Tokens
----
AI uses the effect of Goblin Welder but no Artifact is changed with graveyard

I control 4/4 Solemn Simulacrum,Hero of Oxid Ridge, Instigator Gang, Knight of Glory, and 20 2/2 cat tokens. AI casts Sever the Bloodline targeting Instigator Gang.

AI casts Boros Charm making creatures indestructible even when it's not going to attack.
Also, again with planeswalkers: AI has Jace, Architect of Thought at 12 loyalty and it doesn't use the ultimate. Maybe it only does when it considers that an unavoidable "sacrifice". Alas, planeswalkers feel a lot less menacing when handled by the AI.

The logic the AI uses when deciding whether or not to untap Rubina Soulsinger seems flipped: If she is currently controlling a creature, it untaps her, and if she is tapped for a different reason, it leaves her tapped. This is the exact opposite of the current behavior. I have not tested if this bug also crops up with similar cards (such as Vedalken Shackles.)
