I am still on OoA series aka previous patch, currently doing mainly OoA1 and a bit of OoA2, I think the others are on recheck in the Archives section but need an update on their status.

I have taken about 50 bug reports to check from the archived reports section, you can now see it on my signature. You can edit the signature on your profile to list what you are currently doing as the Developers do and I just did myself but please report it to bughunder section, too so we notice it.

Moderators, please check your permissions, your new status have been updated and your edit mod are available here :

or here

The list of available mods can be seen just below a thread name

Not all permissions have been granted as it seems it's a bit complex for the forum admin to manage specific permissions, so tell us what you can do and what you can't do (rename a thread, modify the content of a thread, modify the comment of the thread, move or delete a thread).
While testing permissions, just be careful to not mass destroy anything as we won't have that much privileges if it turn into a big mess

Bug hunters, don't forget also to use the title thread modifications guideline tag, it's very useful for dev to see which bug has been checked and which one was not
You can edit the thread icon here :

The thread with a star confirming a bug => good
The thread without a star but confirming a bug => need title edit

The little icon really help, it's pretty neat and with a glance you can see the status of the thread without having to read it

So, now that we have the taskforce, do we still have to move non latest patch reports from Bug Archives to Archived for check or shall we still move them for a recheck there?

Nope, I see the same titles. And as to the old patch question, why don't we just check them in place? I'll do it, and leave them if they are still valid, or move them if they are fixed.

Ok thanks, originally it was Gargaroz request to move them elsewhere in order to not clutter the root section, let's try this way.

OK, everything in the root Bug Report folder is a valid bug as of PTT. Unfortunately a lot of new stuff got pushed down, so if you reported a bug recently you might want to check in a day or so to see if it was noticed.
Also, a few items are waiting for an update from the programmers or for new info and might be able to be moved. So if everyone could take a second and look at the bumped items that they remember posting in to see if they have any new info it would help.

It's no problem for pushed down bugs, as long as all the threads are checked for PTT, any fix is fine.
For the Gold and token thread, seems to be AJ already unstickied them so we can safely assume they can be archived now.

As a matter of housekeeping, do we want to leave bugs that are wait-listed in the root folder? Would it be possible to create another place to put them, similar to the unfixable folder, or should we just move them to the archived reports folder (which is where a bunch of old ones currently reside)?
Also, on a related note, should we start moving 'fixed/closed' bugs from the 'archived reports' folder to the 'fixed bugs' folder?

Well, that was the dreaded question : shall we create more specific folder for each type of thread (non checked, non fixed, fixed, unfixable, pending, etc...)

We actually have a folder for most things now. It's just a question of once something gets waitlisted, how long do we let it sit around before we move it to the archived reports folder? If we don't move it, the root section is going to get crowded, and if we do move it some things might get lost in the shuffle. Right now archived reports is a collection of fixed-to-be-checked, waitlisted and never addressed. Does anyone know if the developers have a preference?
Also, there are a ton of fixed-closed in archived reports. Are we going to wait until next patch to move them to fixed-bugs, or should we do it as we go? I ask because moving them now might mess people up since we identify where we are working by page number (although using dates might be better?). Kind of stream-of-consciousness here...

The fixed/closed will remain where they are and everything else also can be be put there,as the archived reports subforum (& Pending reports)are the only forums that we have & can store the report and every answer to them together and so are easy to find and work upon. This was the reason we made the new forums. So now if a Dev or us want to search the historical of a card it is easy to find all info together.
The old archives can be still used as storage ONLY of "not a bug" cases(although I am in favour of deleting them if 2-3 days pass) and we have no answer.
For "wait-listed" we can archive them as you said to the Archived reports, but if there was an answer to the topic leave it 3-4 days and then move it in case someone answers.

The page number changes that's why it is also good to mention specifically from which bug to which bug you are working.BAgate wrote:

If you archive actual, unfixed bugs, they won't ever get fixed.
If tough bugs hang around on page four or five or six of the root forum, there's no concern that they'll "clutter" more recently-reported bugs.
