The thing is, that is what that suppose to happen. Even if there are no targets for Perplexing Chimera, it can still exchange control with the spell. Basically it makes it so that you become the caster of the spell (aka, all the 'you' now refers to the you, instead of the original caster) , so if the target spell is a permanent spell, when it resolves, it will enter the battlefield under your control.Marek14 wrote:Maybe Perplexing Chimera could be improved a bit. Currently, when you use it, it asks you whether you want to change targets of the spell. I think it should only ask that if the spell actually HAS targets. It asks even for creature spells.
Whenever I have a creature that must attack each turn if able (e.g. Deathbellow Raider), if I click the creature again during declare attackers step, it deals double combat damage. Right clicking the creature does not remove it from doing double damage.

You misunderstand me. The issue is that if I switch control with a creature spell, I'm then asked, in a separate prompt, if I want to change its targets, even though a creature spell obviously can't have targets.fiend123 wrote:The thing is, that is what that suppose to happen. Description: Played Nivmagus Elemental and activated his ability targetting a spell on the stack. This crash occurs every time regardless of whether the spell is an instant or a sorcery, or is played on my turn or my opponent's turn. However, it only occurs if that spell is the only spell on the stack (IE if it's being countered then everything resolves as normal).
Also, I notice the crash report is telling me that I have mixed revisions and that I need to update from the root directory or something, which may have something to do with this perhaps.
(Sorry if this has already been fixed. I did a search for Nivmagus on this thread and no-one seems to have mentioned the card, but it does seem like the sort of bug that's found and fixed pretty quickly)

Dark Confidant says:Davor Vitief wrote:Spirit of th Labyrinth's ability doesn't work against Dark Confidant's one.
"At the beginning of your upkeep, reveal the top card of your library and put that card into your hand. You lose life equal to its converted mana cost."
Nowhere in the text are you drawing a card. "Putting a card from your library to hand" is remarkably similar, but is not the same action.

I attacked with Kuldotha Ringleader and it's battle cry triggered twice. I assume this has to do with the bugginess of creatures that have to attack.

Once again guys, thanks for this brilliant tool!
It seems Mystical Teachings can find sorceries with flashback.

I just tested this and didn't reproduce it. I believe this is happening since other people have reported it, but what else is going on when that occurs? A screenshot with it happening would helpfiend123 wrote:Whenever I have a creature that must attack each turn if able (e.g. Deathbellow Raider), if I click the creature again during declare attackers step, it deals double combat damage. Yea somehow that creature is being assigned twice, and thus is triggering twice. If someone can give me an exact method on how to reproduce it, that works on my computer, I'll get this fixed.gos wrote:I attacked with Kuldotha Ringleader and it's battle cry triggered twice. It is assigned as an attacker automatically in the declare attacks step. Try clicking on it to assign it as an attacker after this has happened, or clicking the alpha strike button.friarsol wrote:Yea somehow that creature is being assigned twice, and thus is triggering twice. I tried to replicate the issue, however, this time, the double attack occurs even before I clicked anything after entering declare attacks.friarsol wrote:I just tested this and didn't reproduce it. In addition, the creature seems to behave as though it is banded with itself. When the AI blocked the Deathbellow Raider with Omen Speaker, the secondary Deathbellow Raider attack is taken by the Omen Speaker.

I think storm is counting the actual spell that has storm itself so if you simply cast any storm spell without casting anything else you get 2 copies. I would expect it to just have the spell itself in this case.

Hello,
Something weird is happening: I'm trying to update an old deck, save as a new file in "contructed deck folder". File is created.
But then, it doesn't appear in the constructed deck list in-game.
Close forge, restart: the file got deleted.
Redo the deck changes, save as, deck still doesn't appear in the list, restart forge, file is deleted.
Tried renaming the file, etc, nothing worked.
