HQ PICS DOWNLOADS and Status List (MTG) 2013

An idea of eta would be 2 weeks to one month, but it is all me guessing. Im no authority or even a contributor xD (only because I cant)
I have decked builder app for android and when a set is released, the pictures used come from wizards gatherer, but I just noticed the transition to the high quality scans is on going (70% are already HQ).

I've downloaded the torrent with pics, but Crops aren't displayed at all in Magic Workstation. I noticed that all crops have the crop.jpg extension which confuses MWS, I think. If I manually rename the crop pic to just .jpg, it works then, but isn't there any other way of displaying the crops other than to manually rename thousands of pics?

A batch rename?

I use Bulk Rename Utility, there are others. I will rename tens of thousands of images if necessary, all at once.

OK, thanks. This leads me to the question: for what software is this torrent and the format of pictures originally intended for? It can't be for Magic Workstation, because of this manual rename.

It is its own format, designed for consistency and ease of use. MWS and all other apps should be tweaked to support it IMO.

I abandoned the MWS format because we have so many picture formats now that have been created since MWS.

They look like the 200DPI images I made available. The link to the site hosting the images is in the BNG thread. Though they are not the official HQ team's release as the announcement for the set images have not been made.
