Do not know how to upgrade Forge.

I downloaded the latest version of Forge and I can't run it. The error message is:

[/spoiler]I tried deleting the whole directory and installing Forge from scratch and the problem reamains.

Try this snapshot build. It should have the bug fix in it for the problem you're experiencing.
