Unfortunately, I cannot verify any of the Genesis bugs. If you can engineer situations using debug, let me know, and I can try to address them.

hi jatill,

could you make progenitus unblockable and shrouded (more like "protection from everything")? i just lost some duel because AI blocked it with the colorless token generated with forbidden ochard (and the oath deck is not that good this way; i miss cognivore too)...

and brain freeze would be good for high tide ;)

...btw. survival of the fittest sometimes doesnt allow to search (get yellow), when i have creatures in hand and mana available (i guess it doesnt "see" creatures i just found with it (in the next main phase, it got yellow again), or maybe its connected with "comes into play" creatures i played in the deck)

When I have Oath of Druids out, and more creatures than the AI, I am the one who gets to choose whether the AI looks for a creature or not! It worked fine on my turn when I had less creatures.

I'm not a rules expert, but it sounds like it's working correctly. There is no "protection from colorless" ability.

Progenitus have protection from everything, including colorless, tokens, creatures, players, cards, effects...
Adding shroud and unblockable will fix part of the flaws of the engine...

True, but there is the Beloved Chaplain ability, and I do believe "creatures" fall under the category of "everything".

But just to clarify, I copypasta'd this from Crystalkeep-

# 502.7i - "Protection from everything" is a variant of the protection ability. A permanent with protection from everything has protection from each object regardless of that object's characteristic values. Such a permanent can't be targeted by spells or abilities, enchanted by Auras, equipped by Equipment, fortified by Fortifications, or blocked by creatures, and all damage that would be dealt to it is prevented. There ya go.

The only reason he doesn't have protection from Colorless is because its not considered a color in magic.

He has protection from..

Creatures
Instants
Sorceries
Artifacts
Enchantments
Red
Green
Blue
Black
White
Planeswalkers

Meaning that he might as well have unblockable and shroud if it is impossible to give him the rest of the things he should have.

I haven't been able to duplicate the Genesis bug. Maybe it was caused by something else, or some combination of cards? All I know is my hand size shrunk each turn until it was at 0, and the game was still asking me to discard a card, which I could not do, so I had to close magic.exe with task manager.

edit: casting 'traumatize' on a 499 card deck produced multiple (like 50) copies of the standard error that occurs whenever too many of a particular operation are done. (says something like unable to add a card, the effect may not work or something like that) There's probably nothing that can be done about that, anyway, but I'm adding it for completeness.

Lots of bug fixes, but only 1 new card.

Updates:
-Make X-spells work with Yawgmoth's Will
-Have Traumatize mill the correct number when targeting opponent
-Have AI choose option on Oath of Druids when they trigger it
-Give Progenitus unblockable
-Get rid of the 'Fast Effects Regeneration' message for Yawgmoth's Will, Cryptic Command
-Don't persist Kitchen Finks when countered

Added cards:
Life from the Loam

New Bugs:
-Forbidden Orchard doesn't seem to create Spirits on opponent's turn
-Life from the Loam counts as a card draw for things like Underworld Dreams.
This bug is fixable by using code similar to Island Sanctuary, but that code is more complicated
than I'm willing to delve into, for such a minor bug.

Hi Jatil, may I ask for one single information? I've seen that in your archive there is a file named "filtered" but it has no exention. What is it?

Originally I intended to copy over your filtered version, and that's the mangled result. After having made a bunch of changes now, I don't see the point, since I've had to make a bunch of csv changes anyway. So once all the cards are finished, you can go back in and re-filter if you want.

Yes, in fact I'm no longer updating the file until when you've done with it, but I was just curious to know what was that single unknown file.
As result, it can be deleted with no harm... Just hope that, soon or later, we'll be able to add new expansion sets for deck editor, as 8th edition by Mok, so there won't be the need of my filters anymore.
