Don't think so. It's on my missing promos list a few posts back.

I'm going to talk to some high-level judge friends when I return from holidays and can hopefully borrow and scan the missing judge promos.

I'll add the Premiere shop tokens and APAC junior Series to the list.

The SDCC cards are in Media inserts because I originally based the list on MagicCards.info. I need to put a few of these in their own list, e.g., IDW Comic promos, SDCC, etc.

I have the oversized Garruk promo. I will scan back and front of it tonight. Didn't realise the wolf token was a promo. I'll try and acquire one.

The list doesn't have the Hero promos from last couple of sets either. I have all of those but one, so I'll try and figure out what we're missing there. Will also add the League promo tokens to the list in a future update.
