My opponent said he was unable to block my Elusive Spellfist the turn after it's "Can't be blocked this turn" ability had triggered.

Dragonlord Dromoka ability doesn't work: "your opponents can't cast spells during your turn". The AI used instants during my turn.

Gleam of Authority looks at all counters on creatures a player controls, not just the other creatures. If the enchanted creature bolsters itself, it will get a larger boost than it should.

Brimaz, King of Oreskos token generation when declared as a blocker is incorrectly done.
According to rule 509.7:
If a creature is put onto the battlefield blocking, its controller chooses which attacking creature its blocking as it enters the battlefield (unless the effect that put it onto the battlefield specifies what its blocking), then the active player announces the new creatures placement in the blocked creatures damage assignment order. The relative order among the remaining blocking creatures is unchanged. A creature put onto the battlefield this way is blocking, but for the purposes of trigger events and effects, it never blocked.
Therefore when Brimaz, King of Oreskos blocks a creature, and the token is generated blocking, the attacker should be able to specify where in the damage order the token should be placed. This doesn't happen in xmage, and the token is placed last automatically with no user input. This is clearly a mistake and detrimental because the 1/1 can stay on the battlefield.

Martyr of Sands only reveals the first card selected and only gains 3 life.
Tested this to fail the same way with Martyr of Spores.

First ability of Teysa, Orzhov Scion don´t work. I sacrificed three white creatures, ability went on stack, resolved, but nothing happened and game continued without "remove target creature" action.

When Phyrexian Metamorph copies Vorel of the Hull Clade then Phyrexian Metamorph uses Vorel of the Hull Clade 's ability, it doesn't double the +1/+1 counters. It might not double any other counters either, but thats all I know.
EDIT: Vorel of the Hull Clade is completely broken when it comes to counters.
Not just +1/+1 counters are broken, but loyalty counters and other things like that.

I cast Dragonlord Atarka, my opponent had Liliana, but there was no trigger.
Courserof Kruphix was showing the top card, which was Forest, but it had P/T shown as 1/1.
Sometimes it is possible to tap Battlefield Forge for colorless mana, but the land remains untapped (and mana is added).

In a DDK draft, Keeper of the Lens was in the uncommon slot of a booster with 2 uncommons.

Salt Road Quartermasters doesn't have a power/toughness, meaning it can't attack, block, etc.

If I update/unzip to V4 I loose all the cards in deck builder, and there are none available for download.
If I go back to V3 all the cards are back, this is just unzipping V3 back in the same directory I have Xmage installed.

If I start a Tiny Leaders game, it only sometimes gives me a commander. Sometimes I have one, sometimes I do not. It also is not just me, if somebody else hosts the game, it often does not give us commanders.
This effect is reflective, both players do not have commanders. I have tried with two different decks now.
I did have an odd effect today. My current deck is called "Sultai", and I started a game where my opponent had no commander, but I did. My commander was nihil spellbomb... This also happens to be the first card in my sideboard when I have it unsorted.
I have not seen any other posts concerning this.
