Hi, new to these boards so let me know if I need to use any formatting, or need to provide debug results (and how to do that).
Here's the issue I found today. I was playing UW Reverie (which is kinda fun with the spiffy new auras), and discovered that Lightform is refusing to manifest for me. The enchantment enters the battlefield, tries to target a nonexistent creature, fails to manifest at all, and goes straight to the graveyard.

I'm also not getting an option to scry from my Temple of Enlightenment occasionally. The prompt comes up to select a card, but no card is revealed so my only option is to hit cancel and blindly place the top card back on top.
Is anyone else having issues with this? I've come to terms with the connections being spotty, but this just seems like an issue with the cards themselves not executing their code properly.

Dromoka's Command did not work as intended last night. With modal spells, where two choices (or more) are made, they happen in the order printed. I chose modes 3 and 4. I got the +1/+1 counter, but the fight portion triggered incorrectly (it seemed to have triggered before the counter did, which meant the fight did nothing).

My opponent had a Mystic Snake soulbonded with a Deadeye Navigator. He activated the flicker ability on Mystic Snake. In response, I cycled Decree of Pain to give all creatures -2/-2. The Mystic Snake died, but when the flicker ability resolved, it came back into play from the graveyard, even though it should have been considered a new object from the zone change.

Dungeon Geists had a Hypnotic Specter locked down. Then opponent killed Geists and Reanimated it. It now targeted my Vendillion Clique, but his Specter still did not untap during his untap step.

When resolving Necropotence triggers, the game log tells you what is being exiled and put into the opponent's hand.

I've been seeing some weird delays of state based actions taking place, like this 1/1 Myr token I equipped with a Skullclamp. It stayed on the board as a 2/0. I decided it wasn't going to die, so I hit F2 to go to combat and then it died and I drew my cards (still in main phase).

I see the posts on Dragon-Scarred Bear and Salt Road Quartermasters were not responded to. Just a reminder that these cards do not have printed p/t so cannot attack or block, which is clearly an error.

Ojutai Exemplars show "{this}" in ability picker insted of its name.

It would be nice if you could select more creatures to convoke at once, just like you can select more cards to exile with delve.

Was playing vintage.
First game, first turn: Cast ruby, cast lotus, put sol ring on the stack, and then the attached error popped up.
Theres actually like 10 of the same error stacked on top of each other, and if you close them with "ok" or x out of it, 10 more will open. Had to force quit xmage.
I guess thats what I get for having the most crazy powerfull stax hand possible.

It would be great, if Exile popup windows would appear on top right instead of top left obscuring opponents battlefield.
Ojutai Exemplars triggered ability picker appears before the last land used to cast a spell triggering the ability is shown as tapped.
Games view needs filtering (Game Type, Deck Type, Player name, Waiting for players status, Spectators allowed).

Currently Sylvan Offering correctly puts the 1/1 tokens into play but fails to give the caster the X/X token

Just to report, Soulfire Grand Master is still not gaining life with Every spell cast.
Updated to V5, cast Jeskai Charm doing 4 damage to opponent, but no life gain happened.
