Custom Cards and non-MTG cards possible?

Is it possible to load custom mtg cards, and/or non-mtg cards?

I have a re-skinned cube affectionately called the Space Cube, all the cards are converted to a sci-fi theme/art (with a ton of new terms), but the same play rules, and looking for a place to play it.

Thanks for your time. In the limited amount I've spent here, I enjoyed it.
