Had a Sidisi, Brood Tyrant in play and dredge a Stinkweed Imp hitting 3 creatures.
and Sidisi triggered 3 times instead of just one.

After clicking to sort by Skill Level I got the following error box popping up at me every 10 seconds or so until i quit the application.

upon installation of the last updates to the launcher and the program something changed my deck files.
Approximately 80 % of my edh commander deck lists ( i have quite a few) have had card entries dropped from them. I found out after trying to join a game and being prompted that the deck i was trying to load was illegal for said reasons (however it was also prompting that i had illegal cards in the list that were also not there or ever in the deck in the first place). This is a very big inconvenience as I'm not sure what cards are even missing yet and the manual process of having to go and check is going to be quite tedious. oddly and thankfully this seems only to have affected my commander decks if that extra info helps at all
edit 1 it seems all forms of the "tutor" cards were affected vampiric mystical enlightened worldly etc and nothing else so far will update if anything changes
edit 2 unfortunately ashnod's alter, goblin recruiter, jokulhaups, and dream cache were also affected

was playing against the AI ( computer - mad ) against an Affinity deck when the Atog without apparent reason began to sacrifice artifacts to gain the skill bonus however he was turning on my watch and it hinted that it had given the game I was won triggered. Combust is in a common slot in MM2 packs, but it's supposed to be an uncommon

1. my battlefield live in Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder and i cast another creature spell, my oppenent counter my creature spell, Endrek Sahr trigger didn't put tokens onto battlefield.

If I have resolved an Angel's Grace this turn, have an empty library, a Laboratory Maniac on the battlefield, and would draw a card, nothing happens. I should win the game if the card drawing effect resolves.
LevelX: Can't reproduce the problem. If i test exactly your described situation the player wins caused by the empty draw. Any more information available (game log, screen shot)?

Otherworldly Journey was cast on a creature. When the creature returned to the battlefield, it was missing its +1/+1 counter.

Whenever a land is tapped for mana when mana flare is out is resets the game state due to an error

It happens for me with some modern decks because in XMage .dck files the set code MPR (Magic Player Rewards) isn't recognized by the new version which have now the code MPRP. There seems to be a bug with flashbacking cards from Snapcaster Mage where your mana disappears. Happened to me whilce flashbacking Path to Exile or Lightning Bolt.
Here is how it occurs:
Snapcaster resolves
you choose a target from your graveyard
ETB effect resolves
Flashback card
Pay mana
Cancel casting card
Mana disapperead from mana pool although spell is not cast yet and land remains tapped

Taj-Nar Swordsmith's ability should put the equipment onto the battlefield, but it only puts it into hand.

Drooling Groodion's ability is bugged. After you sacrifice a creature, it won't let you target creatures and pops up an error message, which rolls back the game state.

had a problem with extraplanar lens and argentum armor causing a rollback
in game roll back error report copied and pasted
it would be nice if it was mouse copyable as a lot of people will not know simple ctrl c ; and you may get more of the error reports copied and pasted here
