Thx for file ! OK so I'm looking at my collection and I have doubles of everything but when I go to create a deck I don't see them show up..is there a way to have all cards unlocked ? Thx

My packs are all unlocked by the 3DMGAME.ini file. With the original version (assuming you have that one) I guess you could fiddle around with the CardPools XML of the packs you add: try with a different plane_id (it actually matters more than the content_id as far as I have seen), remove the steam_id or change it to the game's Steam ID. As a rule of thumb, if you have something completely unlocked, find where it is and use the same plane_id and steam_id.

being that I haven't messed with magic and modding in awhile, I am a little lost as to what your telling me to do lol. do I need a program to open any files or anything like that ?

btw I figured out the doubling of cards problem, had the wads and new zed file together. Now all left is to unlock these cards.

Use only the WAD files for now, it's easier to start. Unpack them exactly as you did with DotP2014 (same Gibbed Tools), open the CardPools sub-folder and look at the XML file(s) you find there. They all start with something like this:

The first thing I'd suggest you to try is changing steam_id_1 to the game's Steam ID, which is 255420. I can't assure it will work: as I said, I already have everything unlocked. If it doesn't work, try to remove the steam_id_1 attribute completely. If this doesn't work either, try to change the plane_id (7 is the maximum number, belonging to the expansion packs). If none of the solutions worked, I'd suggest to pick a cracked version for modding purposes (a search on cs.rin.ru could give good results... ).

I know the speed problems of that site. They are mitigated, however, if you use a download manager (JDownloader 2, for example, automatically handles the link without the need to get the direct link from the browser). Unfortunately I searched for an alternative link but I couldn't find one, and almost 1 GB is too much to reupload for my very limited upload band.

thanks for your help TFM but you don't need to upload all, only the 2 news data files will be enough (16 MB) and perhaps the executable too. I can do the rest modifying the 3DMGAME.ini

Theoretically, if they included all files it means that they all changed, maybe some cards received fixes.

I remember not having that problem by pasting the link into JDownloader 2. I don't know how it evades the login, but it does. Anyway, there's a storm here now and my connection is highly unstable so I can't even upload 16 MB continuously. I'll hopefully do it tomorrow if nobody else does it before.

I had tried to play a bit with parameters values, but it seems Steam ID of game (255420) doesn't work and I didn't find a way to unlock cards if you have no DLC installed.
Then, it seems to me that Plane ID 6 and 7 are managed in some particular way and I wasn't able to add cards there simply adding them in a XML file.
I think he had better to use a modded exe or to work on profile file...

You have the ini, just open it and paste in the DLC section what I wrote earlier. Or just search and download the Update 7 by 3DM: the .ini file will be already compiled and you'll get the expansions as well.
You can delete the internet shortcuts and all the files named in Chinese, they are useless.

By the way, all the Steam emulators work the same way, more or less, with a .ini file where you can set up some configuration options (those which would be read from your Steam account for original games).
