Manalink Update 2016/01/14: Battle For Zendikar v2

This patch adds 979 cards, primarily from Homelands, Ice Age, Dragons of Tarkir, Origins, and Battle for Zendikar. The raw git commit log since the March 2015 FRF patch is attached. As ever, thanks to Sonic for compiling the card artwork.
This patch is rather larger than usual - around 155 megabytes instead of around 15 - since it includes a number of files omitted from previous releases needed for a complete Shandalar installation.
That said, be aware that recent (2015) versions of Shandalar will not run with this patch. Installing this Manalink patch into a Shandalar-2015 installation will destroy it; the latter is dependent on the exact versions of various files distributed with the previous (FRF) patch. (Not the ones from the previous paragraph, but still too many to list.)
This patch should install cleanly over any Manalink-3.0 installation of version Portals to Theros (November 2013) or later. I expect later patches will instead use this one as a baseline. To upgrade an existing installation:
If you are installing Manalink for the first time, I recommend, in this order:

If you already downloaded BFZv1 and haven't yet upgraded to BFZv2, there's a much smaller upgrade patch available here, and you'll want to be aware of this as well. Neither is necessary if you upgraded directly to BFZv2 with the 155MB Manalink-3-2016.01.14-BFZv2.zip archive linked above.

- If you think you might ever have any interest at all in compiling this yourself, delete your existing src/ directory. This is good practice in general - all Manalink patches include a full source tree - but particularly important for this update because a number of files were merged since the previous patch, and Manalink will not compile if the old versions are still present.
- Unzip this package directly into your installation directory, overwriting everything.
- Install the artwork update per the directions below.
If you are installing Manalink for the first time, I recommend, in this order:
- My Portals to Theros distribution, available here.
- Sarlack's HighRes Widescreen & Standard 4:3 Graphic mod, available here.
- This patch.
- The card artwork per Sonic's instructions below.
- New cards by set/block | Open
From Sonic:

Is the total number of coded cards equal to 12027?
I currently can't open the Manalink.csv, LibreOffice crash because file is too big and I don't have access to latest Excel version yet.
Seems to be missing their cardimage files despite having redone the full CardArtManalink folder resintallation:
Storm Spirit
Bull Hippo
Kithkin Healer
Ingame Deck Editor seems to count Eldrazi or some non colored permanent as mana source, currently searching which card do that but I get some weird +300% mana total calculation even if I have the same number of land and nonland card in deck.
Attached are 7 test decks which contain all the new cards, good luck testers, PDA seems to crash somewhat so can't say update your PDA for now
Official decks from the 2 previous block incoming unless someone else do that...

The next Shandalar update is at least a month away, so your call on whether to wait.
12027 matches my figures.
Storm Spirit art from the preliminary package and stopgap artwork (i.e., raw crops) for the other two attached.
Deck editor stats: see here. It could probably stand to be tracked separately, but don't hold your breath waiting for a fix.
Playdeck Analyzer shouldn't be needed to unmangle your saved deck files anymore (or ever again) unless you're upgrading from earlier than FRF.

I'm happy to see the config.try file have the change in smallcard. I set mine from -8 to 120 and have great amount of space on the board.

Both Storm Spirit and Kithkin Healer were indeed missing their image files. But the problem for Bull Hippo was its default image had an unnecessary space after its file name, which subsequently prevented it displaying in the Deck Builder.stassy wrote:Seems to be missing their cardimage files despite having redone the full CardArtManalink folder resintallation:

Thank you for your work. This is an extensive patch. 
However, in respect of this two cards from dragons of tarkir: Icefall Regent and Thunderbreak Regent, I know that It was not possible to include them in this patch as far as I read from The Art of Things to Come thread but is there any chance to include at least Thunderbreak Regent in the future? It would be amazing as I may compile Temur Dragons, Mardu Dragons and other decks if at least Thunderbreak Regent would be included in the future.

Is it safe to add the known issues from the git to the known issues thread, like cards with "any number of target" is limited to 11 or counterspell from faceup cards/exile might break the game?

Captivating Vampire is still bugged and isn't granting +1/+1 to your other vampires. Maybe next patch.
