Thanks Charlequin!!
I'm also attempting to create a dynamically updated list of missing scans and am currently processing some of the older sets programmatically. Once that's done, I can easily script the creation of different torrents for different crops and frames and resolutions (and of course the source torrent). Please email or PM me if you want to help or have updates.

So my first comments on the breakup in the torrent are as follows:
Wow. I thought that would be a small list but I decided to be thorough and I think I got everything. There are items missing from this torrent that will need a place such as the Guild Inserts (from Dragon's Maze Prerelease), Hero's Path cards, some additional Japanese and Italian only promos and more. But I'll figure out those placements once we know that we have the actual XLHQ scans.
Of course, I suspect that there may be opinions regarding a few of my comments so I'll wait to hear back first before I dive into the missing promos.
- Convention Promos\Origins - Char was a 15th Anniversary Promo along with Kamahl, Pit Fighter (Currently under Set Promos\Tenth Edition Twp-Player Starter). These two are usually lumped together as anniversary promos rather than identifying that one was a Starter Pack insert and the other was given out at two different Convention events. If the consensus is to keep them this way then the "Origins" name should be clarified into "15th Anniversary" or similar since we now have a set called Origins
- Convention Promos\SDCC - This folder needs year subfolders from the start even if the scans aren't available. We already have 3 years worth and no signs of stopping this run
- Digital\Vintage Championship - This folder contains digitally recreated card representation of the Vintage and Legacy oversized prizes. These need to be moved to the Oversized folder
- Extras\Card Pack Supplement - Do you need these scanned? There have been many different variations of these "cards" over time and I should have most, if not all, the different variations
- Major Set Variants\Tenth Edition Alternate Foils (Partial) - I have this set as a complete set and if my scanner behaves itself, I can scan the missing ones. Do you have a list ready to compare against?
- Other\Richard Garfield - Fraternal Exaltation has a 2 in its name for some reason
- Other\www.magicthegathering.com - These all have the web address as flavour text but they are in fact Convention promos and should be under the Convention Promos folder
- Oversized\6x9\Arena - Not sure how I feel about the extra layer of subfolders in this folder but I don't know if there is a better alternate to placement/naming
- Oversized\Boxtoppers\Promotional - Since all the Box Top Promos are only Eighth Edition ones, it may prudent to add that to the folder name
- Set Promos\Champs - These were prize/attendance promos and not Set Promos and should therefore be moved to the Tournament and Program Promos folder
- Set Promos\Game Day\2014 - Hall of Triumph was technically given out on a Game Day but is part of the Hero's Path series. When the Hero cards are placed into a folder (expectation Set Promos\Hero's Path), this card will need to join them
- Set Promos\Launch Party & Release - These are technically a continuation of the same series with a change in name and should be kept in one folder.
- Tokens\Poison Counters - I'm not sure why these get to have their own folder in here rather than along with the tokens of SOM, MBS and NPH. I guess it is easier to find them, but they are being duplicated here if that is the case. If we're not concerned with duplication, then they're good here
- Tournament and Program Promos\Gateway & Wizards Play Network - These two series are direct continuations of each other and the promos themselves follow the same numbering scheme. Once these have been merged, it will also transpire that their Japanese counterparts are a bit more messy. The Japan Arena League, Japan Release Event & Magic Colosseo folders contain cards that span the end of the English Arena program, the 2 Summer of Magic promos and the beginning of the English Gateway promos along with the continuation into WPN promos all with their original numbering scheme and symbols but with Japanese text. Mad Auntie is the odd one out in this series since it is a JSS alternate language promo. For those that don't have all the promos in front of them to compare it basically was Japanese mashup season when it came to promos. English went: Arena - Gateway - Summer of Magic (concurrent) - WPN. Japanese went: Japan Arena League - Japan Release Event (concurrent) - Magic Colosseo
- Tournament and Program Promos\Apac Junior Series, Japan Junior Tournament, Junior Series, Magic Scholarship Series, Super Series - These are generally lumped together with distinctions made between the U, J and N naming conventions. It may be easier to have them all under a Junior Series heading with subfolders. Whether the odd Japanese Mad Auntie fits into this folder is a point of contention however it is 3/3 N08. At least the English version (which is missing from this torrent) needs to go into this folder

Awesome! This is exactly the type of feedback I was hoping for. More detailed responses below -- most of these are just "yup, I should fix that."
The Magic Scholarship Series English Mad Auntie is in the torrent, is there another one?
Especially given the Magic Origins thing I'm comfortable moving these both to the 15th Anniversary folder.
Yep, this was an oversight on my side. Will fix.Convention Promos\SDCC - This folder needs year subfolders from the start even if the scans aren't available. We already have 3 years worth and no signs of stopping this run
skibulk was also noting these should be in the oversize folder. My only response was that I don't think we really have them in a level of detail compared to the scanned Oversized cards, so I think (at least for now) I'll move them to that folder but keep them at "normal" XLHQ size.Digital\Vintage Championship - This folder contains digitally recreated card representation of the Vintage and Legacy oversized prizes. These need to be moved to the Oversized folder
I think I've included everything we have. I'm not sure who would be more knowledgeable about the classification of these, but I think if there's a collection to work from it'd be great to include more.Extras\Card Pack Supplement - Do you need these scanned? There have been many different variations of these "cards" over time and I should have most, if not all, the different variations
I do, I've attached a csv of the list I was working from, along with card numbers and which cards we already have scanned.Major Set Variants\Tenth Edition Alternate Foils (Partial) - I have this set as a complete set and if my scanner behaves itself, I can scan the missing ones. Do you have a list ready to compare against?
I'll fix this.Other\Richard Garfield - Fraternal Exaltation has a 2 in its name for some reason
Makes sense, I'll move these.Other\www.magicthegathering.com - These all have the web address as flavour text but they are in fact Convention promos and should be under the Convention Promos folder
I wasn't sure either. Unfortunately there are cards from enough sources that it'd start to get messy otherwise, so I reluctantly went with the setup here. I'm open to alternate suggestions though.Oversized\6x9\Arena - Not sure how I feel about the extra layer of subfolders in this folder but I don't know if there is a better alternate to placement/naming
I can do that.Oversized\Boxtoppers\Promotional - Since all the Box Top Promos are only Eighth Edition ones, it may prudent to add that to the folder name
Yep, this would be more correct, I'll move them.Set Promos\Champs - These were prize/attendance promos and not Set Promos and should therefore be moved to the Tournament and Program Promos folder
Currently Wurm has the Hero Cards treated as a separate release in the primary torrent, so in order to avoid duplication I left them out here. They would probably be more properly classified as promos so I'll ask him about whether we should move them over, in which case I would move the Hall of Triumph as suggested.Set Promos\Game Day\2014 - Hall of Triumph was technically given out on a Game Day but is part of the Hero's Path series. When the Hero cards are placed into a folder (expectation Set Promos\Hero's Path), this card will need to join them
I was going by Librarities here, which treats these as two distinct series. I agree that by the actual cards they're more equivalent to a single renamed set, so I could change it if others are comfortable with the idea.Set Promos\Launch Party & Release - These are technically a continuation of the same series with a change in name and should be kept in one folder.
Somehow I had gotten it in my head that these were distributed at pre-release events for these sets rather than in the booster packs, but upon examination that appears to be incorrect. In that case you're right that they don't belong here.Tokens\Poison Counters - I'm not sure why these get to have their own folder in here rather than along with the tokens of SOM, MBS and NPH.
Again this one was following the separation in place on Librarities. In both cases it seems like a promo series that was uninterrupted on the card side but which accompanied a renamed and retooled program on the WotC side. Again I'd be happy to merge both sets but I'd like to see if others agree.Tournament and Program Promos\Gateway & Wizards Play Network - These two series are direct continuations of each other and the promos themselves follow the same numbering scheme.
Yeah this I'm not sure quite how to even tackle. I included these in the first place due to their formatting in different "series" when I typically wouldn't include other-language versions of promos, but given their numbering maybe it's best to just cut these completely.Once these have been merged, it will also transpire that their Japanese counterparts are a bit more messy.
Yeah I think a single heading with subfolders is probably correct. Upon closer inspection it seems like Junior Super Series -> Magic Scholarship Series is another case where the same program is renamed, so maybe one folder with four subfolders for US, Europe, APAC, and Japan.Tournament and Program Promos\Apac Junior Series, Japan Junior Tournament, Junior Series, Magic Scholarship Series, Super Series - These are generally lumped together with distinctions made between the U, J and N naming conventions. It may be easier to have them all under a Junior Series heading with subfolders. Whether the odd Japanese Mad Auntie fits into this folder is a point of contention however it is 3/3 N08. At least the English version (which is missing from this torrent) needs to go into this folder
The Magic Scholarship Series English Mad Auntie is in the torrent, is there another one?
Yes, I'm curious about what else we're missing. I became aware of the Guild Inserts after I put this together but I don't think we have scans of them yet. Otherwise I'm curious about any foreign-language-only promos I haven't accounted for. There are items missing from this torrent that will need a place such as the Guild Inserts (from Dragon's Maze Prerelease), Hero's Path cards, some additional Japanese and Italian only promos and more. But I'll figure out those placements once we know that we have the actual XLHQ scans.

I'd like to see foreign cards included where alternate artwork was used, for example in some Asian sets, some Simplified Chinese Sets and some Duel Decks, etc. That is, if we have them.

Yeah, I'd been wondering whether we had scanned the anime Jace v Chandra, but I didn't see it anywhere. Doesn't seem like those versions are too hard to find. The edited Chinese cards I've never seen great scans of -- wonder how hard those are to track down.

Presenting: the remaining five League promo tokens!

Thanks to reddit user paperpariah (owner of a complete collection of printed MTG tokens and creator of a database app tracking them) for graciously giving me access to these scans. (And the backs of the same that are hopefully following soon.)

First of all, a big thank you to everyone involved in the XLHQ Promos torrent
Truly fantastic works guys!
I just finished comparing the scans in the torrent with the Magic Album database/scans (as of v1.6.5.351). The torrent has mostly all English and unique foreign cards that are already in the Magic Album torrent. Here's what I found.
Missing English promos. Available in 300dpi
Missing English promos. Available in 200dpi
Missing English inserts. Available in 200dpi
Missing unique Japanese promos. Available in 200 dpi
Duplicated cards
Typos
Miscellaneous
I can't remember who uploaded them
I found the link only because it was still on my browser history.

Thanks for the spot-checking ohforf!
I'm making edits to the torrent now based on feedback, I'll post an updated version once we get the main torrent worked out and possibly we get a chance to fill a few gaps.
More detailed notes below:

More detailed notes below:
I didn't realize that there were two distinct versions of Fling and Sylvan Ranger, I've included the 2011 versions. I have no idea how I missed Stocking Tiger but I've re-included it. The Scythe Leopard I just processed recently and will be included in the next version.ohforf wrote:Missing English promos. Available in 300dpi

The two DotP cards I don't see a 300 DPI version of, I'll look for them. The others should properly be included in the primary torrent (and I believe I prepared these for Wurm to include there.)Missing English inserts. Available in 200dpi

Fixed everything in these.Duplicated cards

I think Tokens\League\Soldier.xlhq is actually a 600 dpi scan.
Upon consideration I'm pulling the Japan Arena/Colosseo promos since they're foreign versions of English cards (including numbering).Miscellaneous

Can anyone tell a noob how to install these in Forge and get them to show up in the game (outside of finding the normal version of the cards and renaming/overwriting them)?

The MTG Apps missing scans list is out of date and incomplete, so I’ve updated my version which also indicates if we have a high res scan (but less than XLHQ) or no high res scan at all to indicate the priority of the need.
http://deckmaster.info/tools/neededScans.php
I’ve also placed scans for a bunch of the promos that I have that I don’t seem to have an XLHQ version of at
http://deckmaster.info/images/scans/promos.zip
If you have any of the things that are missing or can point me to them, please do so and I’ll be sure to update this. Also, if the processing team can get me the promos I uploaded, I can mark them off the list.
