The first set is ready. I will upload the images and scripts this weekend. Any suggestions are welcome.

This is the first set 240 cards counting basic lands. The file have the images and scripts and the edition file.
In order to play it you must create a folder in the cards file named SOR like this:
C:\Users\Santiago\AppData\Local\Forge\Cache\pics\cards\SOR
This is the place for the images.
The scripts goes in this location:
C:\Users\Santiago\Downloads\Forge\res\cardsfolder
You must open the cardsfolder zio file and paste each card alphabetically.

Reviewed the script of Agression Rite. It works fine for me but anyway I put it in here.

I have started already the next set. It will be the other 15 non-human races. I would like your opinion about the number 15.....
Dragonauts VS Night Elves....
The other races will be Ape, Cat, Faerie, Gnome, Griffin, Goblin, Harpy, Lizard, Naga, Orc, Satyr, Spider, Wolf and Yeti.

I was kind of excited to play this set. I kind of regret it. The cards look cool and function all right but they are kind of unplayable outside of a limited setting and I can't even get past the easy opponents with an elf/bear deck in quest mode.edessa wrote:This is the first set 240 cards counting basic lands. Issues for balancing:
1. Some cards are literally in the same slot for certain tribes but are just weaker. Golden Recruiter does the exact same thing as Pack caller for the exact same mana cost and has a whopping +1/+1 difference between the two. Why?
The rat equipment does the same thing as all the others except it makes you lose faster by giving you a poison counter every turn.
2. Some cards are vastly overcosted, even for modern standards, and then have further restrictions on them. 4 mana for a path to exile that only targets nonwhite creatures is...brutal. (The art also reads 3WW, so you were thinking of making it more expensive?)
All of the non tribal equipment is really bad, as in... I'm paying more mana than a sword just go get hexproof bad.
3. Some cards are undercosted.Scarlet Thorn for example, 2/3 for 2, with wither, with a pretty decent effect.
Blind Storm is just stupidly good.
4. You ignore the color pie, why am I scrying 5 cards in red, why am I tapping creatures for mana in white? You seem to have the keywords down mostly, except first strike is somehow in green. I'm tapping creatures down in white and yeah... this is not color balanced at all.
5. Somewhat related to the above, all of the tribes feel samey, they all have search the top five cards for the tribe, hey all have mana dorks custom fit to them, they all have custom beaters... They all pretty much have the same mythics though with wildly varying power/toughness and keywords (which means if you were trying to balance them to eachother they were not balanced at all).
6. Prevail is a really bad keyword. Spending mana after getting three like tribes is a pipe dream in most games, and if you get there all you get is a token or three? They don't even get abilities? This is... a win more ability that doesn't even really win more.

Thanks for your opinion. I will consider everything you say. It was my first set after all and I try to do my best but you are right in many things. I will review and try to make it better.
I will make a pause to the B part of the set and review the points that you have told me.
I believe prevail its like battallion, of course its more restrictive cause you will need to have three creatures from the same type, but thats not impossible too.
I'll review my work on the A part, try to make it better, and post the modifications. Your opinions and help are always welcome. Please forgive if I desilusion you guys.

Thanks for your reply, I wouldn't have commented if I didn't think there wasn't potential. On prevail, the ability isn't bad per say, the issues is that its a very small payoff for a vary large cost. Some cards make tokens for merely existing.
