Bug Reort - cannot connect to online multiplayer

Description: I was trying to play online multiplayer with my friend. we tried both him hosting and myself hosting and we each received the same following bug code, although mine obviously has his server code, and his had mine. The one I am pasting is the one I got trying to connect to him. I tried searching around to see if we were doing something wrong on our end but has no luck. Both of our internet connections are working fine as far as we know.

Note: it will not let me post the actual code because "Your post looks too spammy for a new user, please remove off site URLs" Not sure what to do
