Can't launch xmage

I have already tried reinstalling the client but this message keeps coming up
Error: could not open `C:\Users\Jacques\Desktop\java\jre1.7.0_75\lib\amd64\jvm.cfg'
please help

Try to move the xmage launcher jar file to a specific created user directory before executing the launcher to install xmage.

For some people installing xmage directly in the desktop folder gives them troubles.
