Bug: Window Extends Outside Screen

Unfortunately I do not have a screenshot of the issue, but several times I've had an issue when a window pops up for card selection (scries, placing cards on the top/bottom of decks, etc.) the window pops up but I cannot see the cards because the window becomes very large and I cannot manipulate the top or bottom. Furthermore, it is on top of the normal interface so I cannot use any of the buttons or shortcut keys.

Is there a way to keep this from happening or something I can do when it happens?

I had/have this happen as well. Usually with scry effects.
