[fixed/closed]AI never cast Kuldotha Rebirth

Describe the Bug:
I have tried anything I could think of to make AI cast Kuldotha Rebirth but to no avail.
e.g 1- I gave me 3 life and no creature to block and to AI a 0 casting cost equipment ai didn't cast Kuldotha Rebirth ever.
2- I gave me 3 life and no creature to block and to AI a Memnite to lure AI to kill a 1/1 for 3 1/1 creatures (which is always a play AI likes) but ai didn't cast Kuldotha Rebirth ever.
3- AI at low life me dealing 1/1 combat damage turn after turn AI never cast Kuldotha Rebirth to defend.

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

It's caused by this bug. Fixed in 4e64537.
