UPDATE (06/08/17): Forge for Android v1.5.64.001 has been released. It's an incremental update matching the desktop Forge release 1.5.63 Beta but also with the hotfix for card visualization applied (fixing the "transform arrows on most cards") issue.

Is the booster pack for starting pool generation available for Android? I can't seem to find it.

is the 1.5.64.001 equivalent to desktop's 1.5.63 or 1.5.64?

UPDATE (06/10/17): Forge for Android v1.5.64.002 has been released. It contains several fixes and improvements, as well as the new booster pack starting pool generation for quest mode ported over from desktop Forge.
IMPORTANT: Starting with this build, the minor version of Forge for Android will match the current minor version of desktop Forge to avoid confusion. Thus:
1.5.64.002 = the second revision after 1.5.64 Beta (desktop Forge).
1.5.65.001 = (in the future) the first revision after 1.5.65 Beta.
I believe this will be a more intuitive scheme.

Forge doesn't start anymore. It skips the "loading cards" phase and it's stuck at the "loading decks" phase. Maybe you want to check the forge.log file.

Can you check your cardsfolder to see if the two cards listed as missing are present there:
Error reading matrix data: java.io.IOException: Card Reality Smasher not found
Error reading matrix data: java.io.IOException: Card Blood Moon not found
It looks like the card based deck generator model is unable to load these two cards on your setup for some reason, so it then tries to rebuild the model from training data which is not present in the resource bundle.
Can you check what files are present in your "res/deckgendecks" folder too?

In fact I think you will find your cardsfolder is completely empty. That is why it skips the loading cards phase and it fails to load both the Standard and Modern deck models when it hits the first card on each.

In the res/deckgenddecks folder I can see a empty folder named "Standard", a file named "Modern.dat" (758,14 kb) and a file named "Standard.dat" (392,13 kb). What about your cardsfolder? Seems you have all the deck generation .dat files, so it's the cards that are missing perhaps.
