Whim of Volrath would be nice to have.

By Gnome Means. The gnomes have to support Urza. I would also add Rules Lawyer, but that will never happen.

How about adding the Basic Land cycle printed in MagicFest 2019 (PF19)??
I think they look gorgeous (Plains,Island, Mountain, Swamp & Forest).
