my account has been reset or deleted

Hi there,

My account has been reset for some reason. It has been a while since I was online. I tried "forgot password" option but did not find my e-mail address as a registered account. I have searched on that e-mail address and I have found my registration e-mail from 2016. So, I am pretty sure that my account links to that e-mail address. I have registered as a new user and used the same username and email address and it was successful. So,I think it is a brand new account.

But now my ratings are all gone!

Is there a way to retrieve those ratings?

I would be appreciate if someone can help me.

xmage.de server was reset with all user base with rating gone last year. You must register again (gmail works slow, you can use another emails to receive confirmation fast).

beorn78, just run xmage, open connection dialog, press X button (de-server) and choose register button -- you must receive password on email.
