Xantcha, Sleeper Agent is bugged
Xantcha is forced to attack but if the only avaible option is Xantcha's owner you can't. The game is stuck.

Chainer, Nightmare Adept is giving all creatures I cast from my hand haste.
intended effect: gives creatures not cast from hand haste.

When playing 4 player commander, diagonal players don't exist to each other.
Goddamn Trashamn goes first. Dew613 goes second. Draw-Go goes third. Steve goes fourth.
In this scenario, Steve cannot attack Dew613, Dew613 cannot attack Steve, and cannot target him with aetherflux. Player draw-go is not affected by GoddamnTrashman's underworld dreams, and is in-turn, not affected by draw-go's Rhystic Study.
This has been replicated three times without fail on build 2020-04-18, 22:04

Bloodthirsty Blade seems bugged.
Attached it to opponent's Mirror Entity in a free for all commander game. Creature was able to attack me despite being goaded.
Playing against humans.

Triton Tactics does not properly keep the opposing creature tapped for the next untap step.

Kestia, the Cultivator: if cast for its bestow cost from command zone => enters the Battlefield as a creature instead aura.
Kathril, Aspect Warper: It enters the battlefield with a winding constrictor out and lets say 2 different keywords on the creatures in the graveyard.
The replacement effect is causing Kathril to place a total of 4 keyword counters which is correct.
Then Kathril checks for every counter she put on a creature that way... which should be 4 if i am correct.
Then Kathril should get 5 +1/+1 counters (4 from the keyword counters and 1 additional from the constrictor's replacement effect, but she gets only 3. I think this not correct, but i am no judge...

Reality Shift was cast on a creature, and the top of the library was manifested, per usual. Underneath the Manifest was a nonbasic land. The Manifest was a 2/2 mountain creature and gained the ability to tap for red mana.

I had an opponent overloading a cyclonic rift (every turn) that was imprinted on an isochron sceptor. Thanks!

Lands with activated abilities (Cascade Bluffs, Ghost Quarter) seem to be bugged, only adding mana.

With Spiteful Sliver in play, I attacked with Taurean Mauler (human opponent). Mauler blocked by Karametra, God of Harvests. I attempted to deal damage to a planeswalker, but it only allowed me to target a player.

Are you sure "Range" is not set to one? In xmage multiplayer you have this setting called "range" which is set when making a lobby. Range dictates how far your stuff can affect the other players. When oko player leaves the game the elk made by oko turn to normal.

Aminatou's Augury has several issues. Basically the card doesn't work as intended.
Spells that you can't affort after resolving Aminatou's Augury, cannot be to be cast for free.
Also Aminatou's Augury doesn't let you cast a spell of each type. I am not sure what it exactly does but it seems that often when another spell of the chosen type was cast from hand, another spell from that type from Aminatou's Augury exile can't be cast.
Let me give an example for clearification: I cast opt. I cast Mizzix's Mastery in order to cast Aminatou's Augury from my graveyard. Other instants will not be castable from among the exiled cards.
Also if I cast Aminatou's Augury twice in one round, the second Aminatou's Augury seems to consider the card types cast from the first one.
