Bug Reports XMage 1.4.49 with MH2, C21 and STX

If you have encountered any problems while using XMage 1.4.49 you can post them here.
Please mention who you were playing against: Human or the AI type.
Please describe how you got to that point. A screenshot of the battlefield at the moment something went wrong will be useful too. Otherwise, naming the cards that interacted will suffice. If you get an error log please add that too. Also often does a gamelog file from the mage-client/gamelogs/ folder help to reproduce the problem.

Playing against an AI opponent, occasionally my hand and deck will disappear.
This seems to happen when the triggered ability of Aetherfulx Reservoir resolves. There is no error message, and nothing appears in the game log. Once this occurs, you will have no cards in hand. There will still be a number next to your library indicating the number of cards in your library, but if you attempt to search your library there are no cards available and the next time you draw a card, you lose the game due to drawing on an empty library.

Normal draft tournaments for cube give you 10 seconds per pick, regardless of what timing option you select

Tergrid seems to have broken since the last update. It is only triggering on discard - we repeated this 3 times. In addition, the game repeatedly crashed and rolled-back in response to Tergrid + Sheoldred + Progenitor Mimic (as Tergrid) + Divergent Transformation - likely because Progenitor Mimic left the field somehow while its trigger was on the stack.

Ukkima, Stalking Shadow when exiled with Thassa, Deep-Dwelling fails to do more than 2 damage. Twice in this game I used the ability, both times with Ukkima being very large (once at 32 power with 30 x +1/+1 counters, a second time with 46 power with 44 x +1/+1 counters).

Playing against an AI opponent, it looks like the opponent is suspending Mox Tantalite from my hand. This only seems to happen if Mox Tantalite is in my opening hand.

In a commander game between 1 human and 3 AI's (one of which had lost the game).
I was unable to redirect Teferi, Time Raveler's last ability with Deflecting Swat.

When a card is destroyed, Dauthi should exile it with the void counter.

Estrid's Invocation
When using the enchantment's triggered ability, upon returning it will not become a copy of an aura. It will enter and the game will ask you to select an object for it to enchant, and then the Invocation will appear back on the battlefield as itself, rather than the chosen aura. I attempted to copy a Wild Growth with it and it asked me to select a land to enchant, and upon doing so Invocation fell off and remained itself.
