[fixed] Enchantment Alteration-opponent's aura

Describe the Bug:
1- Enchantment Alteration if you target opponent's aura you can't move it (illegal target) if opponent doesn't have 2 or more of the type the aura enchants.
2- You can move an aura from an artifact creature - Animate Artifact to a non creature artifact. fixed

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- Enchantment Alteration no matter who owns the aura if any player has another permanent of that type in battlefield you can move the aura to that if there is no other restriction shroud, protection, of course.
2- You can move an aura from an artifact creature only to another creature.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed only 2nd in commit 27b3ac7. I have no idea how to fix 1st bug.
