After updating to the latest version, I get this error report and the program will not load:

Just a quick note to post that there are five Gold duplicate cards in the database. These cards have an “(Intro)” added at the end of the text on their cards in the card information window.
Here are the five Gold duplicate card names:
Ankle Shanker
Avalanche Tusker
Ivorytusk Fortress
Rakshasa Vizier
Sage of the Inward Eye
Also, Standard format should include Theros as well.

Those are the alternate art versions in the KTK intro packs, hence the "(Intro)" tag.

Ok thanks for the info. I use the Unique button to filter them out but I was curious as to what they were.

Has anyone had the chance to update the database to include Commander 2014, Fate Reforged, Duel Decks Elspeth vs. Kiora and Dragons of Tarkir?
I know that dbbergen was doing it previously but is there an easy way to export the database from another of the tools into the CSV format that this tool (and HQCG) uses?

Hey! I'm playing MTG a little again and thought I might resurrect the deck builder. The gitorious.org link for the source doesn't work, but it seems to just have changed to:
https://gitorious.org/arcane/arcane.git/
There is also:
https://gitorious.org/arcane/jendaves-arcane.git/
But I don't know what that is and it looks older.
The HTTPS cert is invalid, so:
What do people use these days since the Deck Builder and Rules Viewer aren't working?! I tried scryfall very briefly but it's just way too slow to use a website for this.
EDIT: OK, I recovered the source, made it work with the latest Java, and put it up here:
https://github.com/EsotericSoftware/arcane

- Code: Select all
git -c http.sslVerify=false clone https://gitorious.org/arcane/arcane.git/

Thanks! And I don't know what people use nowadays, things have changed quite a bit since you've been gone. A lot in fact.
