Bug report:Lozhan,Dragon's Legacy

Installed latest build.
Lozhan,Dragon's Legacy cannot target opponent player when cast other Dragons.The game refuse me to do that due to restrictions.So I have to target itself.
I checked the mtg rules,Lozhan cannot target commander card only,player are NOT a commander.
So wish this bug can be fixed soon,thanks.

It's still not fixed and I had a terrible experience. What a pain.

Solved by manually change card rule by this.(res\cardsfolder\cardsfolder.zip)
