unavailable cards in MoK's Manalink 2.0

Hi,
I just installed both parts of MoK's Manalink 2.0 and tried to build a deck with Nether Void but it was not in the list of cards.
I then checked the Cards.dat file and it was there, along with other seemingly unavailable cards (i.e nicol bolas, eureka, johan).
Does anybody know by chance How I could get those missing cards, please?

download + install the stuff from the first post here:
viewtopic.php?f=25&t=2002
then apply the latest patch from here:
viewtopic.php?f=25&t=2038

you version + artwork should be up to date then.
