Okay, after extensive testing, as far as I can tell nothing has been fixed except two Adarkar Valkyrie s can save each other. I haven't checked out the Adarkar Valkyrie yet, I'll try to look at it later today after work.
Destroying and taking control of Imperious Perfect, Jedit Ojanen of Efrava, or Rhys the Redeemed while their abilities were on the stack means I got the computer's tokens. After that the computer got control of whatever tokens I should have gotten. I can't get the computer to attack with Spawnwrithe while I have an Adarkar Valkyrie in play, but after I steal the Spawnwrithe, the computer gets the tokens when I attack with the Spawnwrithe.
Eternal Witness still returns a card to the computer's hand when it is returned to play via the Adarkar Valkyrie (but at least a destroyed Eternal Witness with the "return card from graveyard" on the stack still put the correct card in the computer's hand - but only one card).
Destroying Arcanis the Omnipotent or Mulldrifter while their card draw was on the stack gave me the cards. After I control of Arcanis and activated his card draw ability, the computer drew the cards.
Destroying and taking Meadowboon still gives all of my creatures the +1/+1 counters.
Destroying and taking Penumbra Spider still gives me the token.
Lifelink creatures (such as Warrior Angel) gives the life gain to the computer.
A stolen Memnarch will not take control of computer's artifacts. If I target one of my artifacts, then the computer gets control of it.

Creatures with wither don't really damage planeswalkers; the planewalkers get -1/-1 counters instead of losing loyalty counters.

I have Lhurgoyf in play and there are two creature cards in computer graveyard, but I remains 0/1 instead 2/3.
Besides, when there are many cards in play, he game becames very, very slow, to the point I have to end the game or close the program.

Just noticed that a Dauthi Slayer cannot attack a planeswalker. Lost me a game on my 48-0 quest

Karmic guide in the paper game is a 2/2 creature but the new update has her as a 3/3 creature. It matters for my Reveillark Karmic Guide Combo

couple of odd things I've noticed with the latest beta.
Might of oaks does not target, and has no effect when cast.
I cast a spell during my opponents combat, after combat he casts Empty the warrens and gets 8 tokens from it (his first spell of the turn). Some triggered abilities went off, maybe it was counting those as well?

Empty the Warrens has always been bugged... but Might of Oaks should work, weird.

Yes, the 01-01 version of forge does not yet have the repairs made to:
Aggressive Urge
Guided Strike
Might of Oaks
Next Beta release will have this repair in place. In the meanwhile, people can edit their "cards.txt" file with a text editor to match the data below:

I'm playing with Pit Scorpion, but when I hurt the computer, its poison counter don't increase.
The Deathtouch ability of Quietus Spike doesn't work because I blocked a Hammerfist Giant with a Hand of Cruelty equiped with the spike and the giant didn't die.
