added in SVN. I tested with Dark Depths, and guess what? Didn't work.MrSavage wrote:Could you please add Vampire Hexmage? She would be a nice addition to use with Dark Depths.

But, I fixed that too. So, target Dark Depths with Vampire Hexmage and all counters are removed. Click on Dark Depths to sacrifice it, and you get a 20/20 Marit Lage.
This maybe should be a state-based effect. I wasn't positive, so I coded it this way. Can always be fixed if need be.

I've been watching LSV tearing up the MTGO Legacy events with his Reanimator deck.
All of the cards for the deck is in Forge, except for Reanimate ...
Please add this to the list
btw. the deck still works, instead of Iona, Shield of Emeria turn 2, it's turn 3, with plenty of Daze and FoW as backup. Entomb and Exhume rules!!!

Any chance of getting Whetwheel?
I've an elf deck and it does wonders for when I've got spare mana to funnel off.

You are absolutely correct, Dredge is in there as a mechanic; however it's not working 100%. It asks you in your draw step if you want to dredge, but it doesn't prompt when you use Bazaar of Baghdad, which is pretty much a staple.slapshot5 wrote:Ummm. Well, I know why I haven't added any cards with dredge. Didn't know such a thing existed. There looks to be code in place to handle it already.tchiseen wrote:Also, I'm sure it's been mentioned, but why aren't there any dredge cards or Crucible of Worlds ?
Try adding this to the top of your cards.txt:It might work. If so, adding the other dredge cards is slightly less daunting since a working mechanic is already there.
- Code: Select all
Greater Mossdog
3 G
Creature Plant Hound
no text
3/3
Dredge 3
-slapshot5
That being said, I might as well request the dredge cards;
Golgari Grave-Troll
Golgari Thug
Ichorid
Narcomoeba
Nether Shadow
Stinkweed Imp
Dread Return
Leyline of the Void
Flame-Kin Zealot
I think it's a fun mechanic, ripping through your own deck. It's good to know it's already in Forge! I wish I knew how to add cards properly, because I'd totally do it myself if I could.

@tchiseen - try the new beta (5/10, just posted) to see if Dredge is working as expected.tchiseen wrote:Also, I'm sure it's been mentioned, but why aren't there any dredge cards or Crucible of Worlds ?
Let me know.

Dredge is working, and I've just added some dredgers for my own personal use, if anyone else wants to try them, they're very basic without their other abilities.
- Code: Select all
Greater Mossdog
3 G
Creature Plant Hound
no text
3/3
Dredge 3
Golgari Grave-Troll
4 G
Creature Skeleton Troll
no text
5/5
Dredge 6
Golgari Thug
1 B
Creature Human Warrior
no text
1/1
Dredge 6
Stinkweed Imp
2 B
Creature Imp
no text
1/2
Flying
Deathtouch
Dredge 5

Sneak Attack and Fling would be nice to have, especially with the big Eldrazi getting added.
Spreading Seas is definitely a great staple card that's currently missing.

Broodwarden would be a definite good addition, especially with the Eldrazi Spawn generators in Forge.
