And maybe even the threshold lands too?

I would like to see:
Dauntless Escort
Sovereigns of Lost Alara
Sejiri Steppe

The Escort should take a page from Elspeth, Knight-Errant ultimate.
Sovereigns should be like Zur the Enchanter.
Sejiri should be able to be coded like Halimar Depths

The Merfolk tribe would love a dose of Cursecatcher. Although we have Daze and Force Spike and even Spell Pierce, I guess there aren't any counters yet which only hit instants and sorceries. Once you coded Cursecatcher though, you'd be able to add Disrupt and Muddle the Mixture too.

Is the problem with this spell that its kicked form restricts the normal spell?

This would be cool but I would think that delayed triggers like this should be hardcoded and they sound like a bitch.

Cruel Ultimatum

I know that this is one that has been asked for a bunch. Is the issue the time in which each thing happens? (It targets a player then it targets a creature card in a graveyard )

A few cards I'd humbly suggest.

It That Betrays (it's one of the few Eldrazi monsters that doesn't disappear from your graveyard)
Deathbringer Liege (actually all the lieges are kind of fun)
Vectis Dominator
