My latest bugs list:
Sorceress Queen doesn't effect Crabapple Cohort when there is another green creature in play.

Do or Die sorts them into two piles and then the computer chooses one and that one is destroyed, even when it is cast by the computer.
EDIT:Just read the Forge cards text, I was going by the proper pic.

Ivory Tower gives life before the draw phase, but it Forge it gives it afterwards.

Old known bug because Forge doesn't have damage layers

Please delete. I was fooling around with the Orcish Artillery and Cannoner cards and lost my mind.

Ivory Tower actually triggers before the draw phase. Although it looks like the text claims it's the Draw phase. You do gain life before you draw a card. I'm currently working in this code, I'll see if I can fix it up.

Computer had a Mudbrawler Cohort and a Morph on the field. The Mudbrawler got a +1/+1 bonus which I am not sure it should get if the Morph is colorless.

A bug with "Shivan Wurm":

When the IA cast Shivan Wurm and enter onto the battlefield, is me who select the creature and not the PC. lol :lol:

 Mishra, Artificer Prodigy is bugging when you cast something that you don't have a copy on your deck. It gives an exception, though you can still play just fine.

I am getting an error when the system is calculating first strike damage to a blocker. Neither blocker has first strike. Defender has 0 power.

We're missing the cantrip part of Inside Out (you don't draw a card).
The description for Gwafa Hazid, Profiteer is missing the part about the creature's controller drawing a card (although it seems to work correctly).
Animate Dead doesn't seem to work (the computer cast it targeting a creature in the graveyard but then didn't seem to do anything).
Karma only deals one damage (regardless of the how many Swamps are on the battlefield). The in-game description will correctly say "1. Karma deals 3 damage to Computer" or "1. Karma deals 2 damage to Human" but it ends up only dealing one damage.
You can't cast Terror or Doom Blade on a morphed black creature.
Zebra Unicorn does not gain life when blocking or blocked by a Blackcleave Goblin (Infect) or Sickle Ripper (Wither).

creatures are not able to damage planeswalkers.
I attacked Jace and could not remove his counters.
I targeted Jace with Cunning Sparkmage it would not remove the counters.

Oran-Rief, the Vastwood is affecting creatures that change controller the same way that it affects creatures that came into play this turn.
Putrid leach gets a counter when it returns from having treachery cast on it.
