I finished my first "season" with the 8/20 beta with a 69-93 record. I actually managed to cast an Emrakul from my hand in the last match of the season. I had 8 slivers, including at least one Gemhide and 7 lands. Now.... continue on or spend more time with the Shandalar clone test?

lol.... In my latest match, I got both of my Emrakuls in the opening hand in the first two matches. First match, didn't get the land to cast either, matter of fact had to ditch one. Second match.... we'll see, but it doesn't look promising.
Edit: Got mana-hosed and lost the 2nd game and the match. Am now 71-98 overall and 2-5 this "season." The natives are starting to get restless...

New Beta version means my quest is retired. I finished 85-125, with what was turning out to be a potentially nasty Sliver deck brewing.

Playing with the version of the SVN I downloaded a few hours ago.... I love Platinum Angel. It's saved my butt a few times. Currently 6-9 in this quest. Probably r2123, but I'm not sure.

Still r2123... A game against Barney Rubble 2. I won thanks to another timely appearance by the Platinum Angel.

Playing with the 10/19 beta and some modifications to the quest.preferences file, I am now 8-7. I am currently playing with my entire collection, which consists of about 3800 cards. More than half of land at the moment.

Finished up the day 13-10. Computer tried Animate Dead twice in one game on a Sphinx of the Steel Wind and got nothing for its trouble.

Someone reported Animate Dead not working the other day. I had rewrote all of the code a few weeks ago and it was working, so I'm not sure what broke it.timmermac wrote:Finished up the day 13-10. In a break from my usual practice, I've kept the quest data from the 10/19 beta for the 10/31 beta. I've play 2 matches with the new and am 0-2 so far. My total record is 17-15. I am really excited to get some of the Fallen Empires storage lands and the Urza lands.

I currently stand at 29-25. I might just post a slight modification of my current quest deck as my entry in the deck contest... <grin>

36-28 heading into today's play. Is anyone still reading this? Should I stop posting updates?

Yea I think posting records doesn't really do anything to progress the discussion further
