Since I was 7th in the draft I didn't really have a chance to pick broken cards so I intend to go aggro and hop for the best.

Crop Rotation.
Juzamjedi is up next.
Also unless there are any major objections we start triple pick rounds when Shantak gets the wheel again (he will get 4 picks).

Yes. There was some talk about swapping to an odd numbered round to give the 8th spot the first triple draft, but I don't really think its necessary.jatill wrote:Mystical Tutor. Is the triple picking starting next round?
Shantak is up with the final single pick and the first triple pick (4 cards), and triple picks from here on.

Neat. Are we going to build 40 or 60 card decks?

60 card decks. From what I've read most of these types of drafts do 75 rounds and use 60 card decks/15 card sideboards. Some even don't allow the addition of basic lands, but I think that would be a stretch for what we have available in Manalink!

What a nice surprise to see first thing in the morning (after, you know, getting to work and stuff). Well, since Brainstorm and Mystical Tutor are gone, I'll have to think about this a bit more...Nicdanger wrote:Shantak is up with the final single pick and the first triple pick (4 cards), and triple picks from here on.

I think we should stick with 60 picks, unless we plan on submitting sideboarded versions of our decks for each matchup.

That would be too complicated and just prolong the tournament, so I also think we should stick with 60 picks.
