Regarding updating new sets: I see that they reside in /OnlinePlayTable/data/games/mtg/
-mtg.cards
-mtg.sets
-mtg.ogd
However, I can't run autoupdate feature from the client (OPT crashes my system under VirtualBox Debian Host, XP slave) so I was wondering if I can just replace those aforementioned files with the corresponding MBS ones? If so, where can I obtain these files?

No need to use VB. I use Ubuntu and Wine, works perfectly.

@Gwar: I don't think you understand my needs, Ubuntu is not an option, sorry.
I just want to know whether a set's flat files can be replaced or not in case client can't be run. I just need to use the deckbuilder. If yes, where can I get those files?
Edit: Never mind. I spidered the website and found them all here: http://updates.onlineplaytable.com/update/
Works fine.
