Is the stack bug fixed? Since Necroskitter is affected, too, and thats a bit annoying ^^

Next Beta release both the Targeting issue and the Trigger issue will have fixes.

I imprinted Lightning Bolt on Isochron Scepter, so far so good. But clicking on the Scepter won't let me pay the cost to copy the spell, making it useless.

I second this - Isochron Scepter didn't work for me either, I tried both Holy Day and Swords to Plowshares.

Imprinting got broken sometime after I submitted it. Look at the Isochron Scepter on the battlefield. If it doesn't have text like "Imprinting Lightning Bolt (6)" or some such thing, it's the same problem as Prototype Portal and friends. I think I can put in a hack fix for the next beta, but I don't know what the "correct" solution is at this point.

It actually had "Attachment: Lightning Bolt" or something like that - which is why I found it weird. Imprinting was apparently working, the activated ability was not.

Attached? That sounds wrong. Slap, I'm gonna take a quick look and see if I can figure it out.

Looks like there are two separate issues here. The prototype Portal has to do with timing of when the card is imprinted, which is fixed in the SVN.

The issue with Isochron Scepter is that when it tries to Copy the Imprinted Spell it is not in the right Zone (your Hand). (Spells can only be cast from your hand, but the Scepter is in play (or possibly the Lightning Bolt is Exiled)) I'll see if I can get this functioning as expected too.

I did a Mirrodin booster draft and saw a number of cards not working as expected.
Chromatic Sphere -- did not draw a card
Crystal Shard -- would not bounce my own creature when I refused to pay 1
Sword of Kaldra -- text description does not say that it give creature +5/+5. Damaged creature went to graveyard instead of being exiled.

I'm pretty sure your first two issues are already fixed in the SVN.

I believe I've gotten the Isochron Scepter issue finally straightened out in the SVN. Hopefully some others will test it before the next release so we can confirm it's working as expected.

I believe going to the graveyard is right in this circumstance as long as the damaged creature took lethal damage (since the Trigger would go on the stack, but not resolve before the creature dies.)
