Anyone knows what this could be?

I have a really annoying issue with DotP 2012. When a card can be played, can be attacked with etcetera that card has this glow around it, right? Well, for some reason, that glow keeps moving at me. I don't mean animating, I really mean it moves to another spot, then back at the card, then back to that spot, etcetera. Especially annoying if it happens with multiple cards.
Also but fortuntely not as frequent (the above issue happens pretty much from turn 1 through the entire duel), sometimes the top card of a deck turns black - normal - black - normal.
And very rarely some grey triangle appears in a random spot in the same fashion, as if my videocard is dying or overheating. It's brand new and the temperature is, for a videocard, very normal. Gets hotter with most games but still never even near overheating, and even in those games I never have issues! So surely it's neither of that?
Yeah, I've also posted it on the Steam forums. But I guessed it'd be a good idea if I'd post it here as well. You know, to double the chances that someone who knows how to fix this reads it.

Try to update your graphics card's drivers and/or any software associated with it (like nVidia's does), or try to update your DirectX.

Unfortunately, that's all the newest already. Regardless, I tried updating my videocard (where I indeed saw I already have that version) and running the DirectX installer with the game (after all, the DirectX delivered with it should work), but I still have the same issues.
EDIT: Alright, problem seems to be fixed. Instead of relying on the ASUS drivers, I just decided to discard my carefulness (I'm especially careful because official (and yes, correct) drivers caused my previous videocard to fry or something. Fortunately the seller was really easy about it, it was money back without him even checking anything) and go to the AMD site to download the AMD version of drivers for my 6670 instead. They seemingly have fixed the problem: especially when I used to browse my deck the graphical glitches were very noticable and ALWAYS present, while in my previous 2 tests after the AMD drivers when using Terramorphic Expanse I didn't get even a tiny bit of it (and not anywhere else either, of course).
