They look good to me. I suspect that the deck name is referring to the comic book character.

Non mono-color Hard AI decks seem to be extremely vulnerable to Blood Moon and Magues of the Moon (or any similar card)

Actually, I was thinking about the Simpsons Character (didn't know there was another one). But he looks alright.

Most of the hard decks contain about 2-3 basic lands and 2-3 Moxen, so it's not a 100% save tactic. I think this is acceptable. Maybe I will make little changes, when I update decks.

The deck idea is nice and the suspend cards are not needed so much (Pardic Dragon is out of place anyway). Mogg Sentry also does not profit so much from the bounce spells.

Possible replacements: Remand, Counterbalance, Æther Sting, Soul Barrier.

Did some google research. The Simpsons Radioactive Man is Rainier Wolfcastle, the star of the McBain films.

Next deck =

Radioactive Man Simpsons?
Radioactive Man Rainier Wolfcastle?

some other combo?

Thinking about fictional characters in fiction, what we really need is Itchy & Scratchy decks. :D

I don't think it's too strong. I think it needs more Kyren Sniper and Honden of Infinite Rage. Without Doubling Season the +1/+1 counter giving spells are no longer needed (Titania's Boon, Battlegrowth etc). Maybe you can replace them with spells that do some splash damage: Chandra's Outrage, First Volley, Melt Terrain, Poison the Well, Smash to Smithereens.
