New Format perfect for Forge: 15-card Highlander

as per http://www.starcitygames.com/magic/multiplayer/22495_Getting_It_Done_In_15.html
Your deck is 15 cards, no dupes. Zeniths and mill cards are banned.
The theory is you have to be able to kill with essentially 8 turns worth of deck. You will, however, see all your cards. You will need to stay alive/kill before your opponent does relevant stuff.
This could be a perfect quest format for Forge, as not only does forge quest mode require you to think critically about what you're playing, so does this format.
If we started gathering 15-card highlander decks would it be possible to select it as a quest mode alongside fantasty/realistic quest mode? Who agrees with me that this sounds like a really fun format and something Forge can do well...
