Actually, it's worse. We're still missing one tip - you miscounted, there are 13 tips. We're missing this one (LIMITED FORMATS, the left one)

Amazingly I still have all my advertisement cards like this. There not sorted by set so if you find out any others you may be missing I probably still have it. I can tell you pretty much anything prior to Innistrad that I scanned for you I may have missed some T&T/Advertisement cards. Started with ISD I would make sure all fronts and backs were scanned without worrying if they were actually printed front/back of the card (did i just confuse you?)

Usually I pitch the ad cards, or end up using them as packaging when shipping things

yup, please check there are 13 cards in the fronts, I moved (and hopefully renamed) a card from the backs to the fronts - the one that looks different than the rest.

I looked around in the shared mediafire folder but couldn't find them..
