It is a known unsolved issue that for some reason some cards don't trigger it every time while others do.

confirmed, but I guess this is the deathtouch issue that affect even himself as stated in this thread, it can even destroy indestructible creatures

It is a General deathtouch issue and affects all cards with deathtouch against regeneration creatures unfortunately, you are never given the option to regenerate (light up, to show the card can be regenerated never does)so card goes directly to graveyard. as if they have the code of disintegrate and don't allow regeneration effects.

Well, the only exception so far I found is Abomination that has a pseudo deathtouch that still can be regenerated from (also I don't know if I have to report that since it's an original card and would require recoding, but the lace cards (Purelace...) can't be used to destroy a colored card not in the Abomination text (changing a creature blocking Abomination from black to white for exemple).

[confirmed]Jade Statue
by Althuna » 13 Feb 2012, 19:42
Think I might have found a bug with this one. I was attacking and he blocked with two Jade Statues (which he turned in to creatures), but they showed up in the combat window as just artifacts, not creatures. So when it asked me to assign my damage, it didn't let me click them so I had to end task the game.

Well AI seems to have some tricks up his sleeves when AI has 2 and more Jade Statue,I reported some time ago a similar bug but in my case AI made one of them a creature but blocked with the non-creature (I thought it was a bug in AI targeting system or like that has to be an old engine issue) so I couldn't assign damage, too.AI you sneaky trickster.

[confirmed]Ichorclaw Myr
by BlueTemplar » 13 Feb 2012, 22:15
Describe the Bug:
Not sure if it's a bug, but it looks like the AI doesn't consider the bonus +2/+2 of Ichorclaw Myr when deciding whether to block it and with which creature...
Which card did behave improperly ?
AI's "thought process"
Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
28 January 2012 : Manalink 3.0 - Duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The AI should understand that it's often best not to block Ichorclaw Myr, especially when he still has no poison counters and when its only creature is a powerful 2/2 that won't even kill the Myr.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
No idea.

It's a known issue with the AI that affect nearly all new cards, since in order to make it efficient you would need to code every case for every cards...even original cards are affected (like the Mishra's Factory morph spam).
