This isn't fixable right now, as the window for "fast effects" in Manalink's Upkeep happens before the Upkeep Triggers, and usually you cannot answer to Triggered Abilities in Manalink.

Describe the Bug:
Venser, Sojourner's first ability (the +2) is supposed to target a permanent you own, not control. This has implications if an opponent acquires control of one of your permanents - Venser should be able to recover it by exiling it, but can't target the permanent because the opponent has acquired control.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Venser, Sojourner

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

This was already reported, and partially fixed. However, doesn't expect a perfect behaviou since our understanding of how the "stole permanent" works is still limited.

Describe the Bug:
I play Fireball with X=8.
Then I copy Fireball with Riku of Two Reflections ability.
For this copy, X become 80+
Which card did behave improperly ?

When I loaded this savegame I got this error 1.(see pic)
I tapped ok and played as mentioned Fireball for 8 damage and copied with Riku
and I get error 2(see pic)
.Tap ok and then I am asked to "select target Enchantment"?
There is no enchantment to select,so I cancel the "select target Enchantment" and game crashes.

No crash for me and bug confirmed, after Riku trigger and you pay the mana asked a fireball window pop with 80 mana in the pool

The problem is in the "copy spell" function, but it will take a while to fix.

Describe the Bug:
One of the random effect of Whimsy called Bottle of Suleiman will trigger the tail/head coin effect and crash the game

The original artefact Bottle of Suleiman is not affected by this bug.
When the bug happen, the flip animation has a title that show garbage text instead of Bottle of Suleiman

I really don't know if this is fixable : Whimsy is hardcoded and is a card so strange and tricky that I'm really not willing to mess with.
An updated version will be cool, I'll see if it's possible.

Fallen Necromancer ability will put a -1/-1 token on target creature that will only trigger if said creature is assigned as blocker on attack phase or if not blocking at the post combat phase or cleanup phase.

I'm sorry, but what card do you mean with "Fallen Necromancer" ? There's no card in Magic named in that way.
