I purchased the bazaar item that is supposed to give me a free mulligan, and it doesn't seem to be working. My first mulligan is supposed to give me a full hand of seven cards, but I get six cards instead.

Hey guys, first time posting here but I love Forge so far! Not sure how to link cards so I'll just throw in quotes. Just reporting a couple of bugs that I've found.
When I used " Treachery " to gain control of a creature with an equipment the equipment falls off rather than staying attached till the computer moved it.
" Consuming Vapors " has a few issues. When it is on the stack it says "Human gains 0 life" and then when it rebounds it says "human gains X life" where X is the amount of life gained from the first casting rather. Then when they do sacrifice a creature you gain life for both the creature sacrificed this turn and the one the previous turn. For example they have a " Golden Bear " and a " Brigid, Hero of Kinsbaile " and I cast " Consuming Vapors " they sacrifice the bear and I gain three life. Next turn when I choose to cast the vapors from exile it says "sacrifice...human gains 3 life" and they sacrifice Brigid and I gain 6 life (for a total of 9 across both turns).
I also have issues with Bazaar items being unpurchasable even after closing and relaunching.
I can't remember any other issues I've seen but I will post again when I do.
Again thank you so much for this great program! Wish I could program so I could help more.

I just used " Consuming Vapors " to make them sacrifice an animated " Opal Gargoyle " and received no life.

Hello, nice to meet you.

The mouse over effect is automatic and there is very little that you need to do on your end. Spell the card names accurately including upper/lower case. I had to add a space character between your quotes and the card name.

When you gained control of the creature with Treachery, did the creature actually lose the abilities granted by the equipment? At the moment Forge cannot show cards you don't actually control on your side (there is work underway that should fix this from what I understand). So the equipment might still be attached, just not physically ON the equipped creature. You'll see this same behaviour if you enchant a creature an opponent controls.Orionalt wrote:Hey guys, first time posting here but I love Forge so far! With regards to Consuming Vapors, the first issue sounds like the first card being sacrificed isn't being forgotten. I'll fix the script when I get back from holiday. The second issue (in your follow-uo post) is because of problems with last known information. I know there have been other related issues but not sure if its been fixed yet.

As Marc said, equipment and enchantments stay "on", but they remain on owner's side of table. You can hover over an enchantment or equipment and look at the card details to see which card it's attached to. It will say something like "Enchanting TARGET-CARD-NAME-HERE".Orionalt wrote:When I used " Treachery " to gain control of a creature with an equipment the equipment falls off rather than staying attached till the computer moved it.

Bugged Card: Mask of Intolerance
Behaviour: At the beginning of each player's upkeep, if there are four or more basic lands (not types) among lands that player controls, Mask of Intolerance deals 3 damage to him or her.
I was using a Black-splash-Blue Royal Assassin deck. Had 5 swamps, an island, and two non basic lands. When I cast this artifact, I started losing 3 life/turn. Tried a new game and played it with just 3 swamps. As soon as I laid the 4th swamp I started taking damage.
EDIT:
Unrelated Question. Is there a reason Imperial Edict is priced at 550 credits in the shop? It's a common and priced higher than a great number of good rares. Maybe 50 credits was the intention?

Prices are pulled from an external source, which price cards based on their real life supply/demand. Some cards from the Portal Sets have much higher prices due to slim availability. At some point we may create our own economy for Quest, but I don't see that happening anytime soon.aleatherglove wrote:Unrelated Question. There is code that fluctuates the price by a small percentage everytime it hits the shop, and occasionally sets the price to much higher. (High demand short supply scenario including price gouging.)

I think affinity in general is having issues, since the computer paid full price for an Oxidda Golem despite having 6 mountains in play.clyspe wrote:Spire Golem's Affinity for Islands isn't working, opponent still tapped six islands for it though it should have been free

I blocked a Xanthic Statue with 2 4/4 Angel tokens and Forge crashed.
There's also a problem with cards that have more than one flashback effect to choose (e.g. Lingering Souls with Snapcaster Mage). You can't tell which flashback cost you are paying as you choose one.

(ver 1.2.6 rev 14987)
AI used Slaughter Pact on my Glistener Elf on turn #2 (my turn), after the creature spell resolved and while having only one Swamp in play. Naturaly, as a result the AI lost the game and the match (this happened on game #3 of 3).

This was fixed by Sloth already (there were several reports of this issue earlier in the thread).Bundy wrote:I think i use this version of Forge, but I'm not 100% sure. Could be a snapshot version![]()

This issue has been reported by quite a few people. None of the devs have been able to fix it yet (as far as I know), but the dev who's been doing the UI work is back after taking some time to do real life work. Hopefully he'll be able to sort it out with some of the pointers other devs have been able to find.atar wrote:Does anybody have a problem with the challenges? The AI shouldn't be playing with Slaughter Pact at all. At the beginning of the game you would have noticed that a warning popped up that said the deck contained cards that the AI is unable to use effectively or may be buggy.meep.o.matic wrote:(ver 1.2.6 rev 14987)

I took control of my opponent's Revered Unicorn with Slave of Bolas. When it was sacrificed at the end of turn, my opponent gained life, not me.
