White Weenie AI style.

60 Total Cards
17 Creatures
-------------
2x Aven Riftwatcher
2x Knight of the White Orchid
1x Ranger of Eos
4x Savannah Lions
4x Serra Avenger
4x Soul Warden
24 Spells
----------
1x Ajani Goldmane
2x Armageddon
1x Elspeth, Knight-Errant
4x Glorious Anthem
3x Mass Calcify
1x Mox Pearl
4x Swords to Plowshares
4x Valorous Charge
4x Wrath of God
19 Land
--------
4x Flagstones of Trokair
15x Plains
This deck seems to be well suited to the AI's play style. I had one game where it played everything perfectly. Creature, creature, anthem, plow, plow, geddon! ouch...Rolled over my green deck that game...that match really. 2nd game I won but the 3rd was a similar story. It doesn't do well against the Gobbog Deck but it would if protection from black/red were implemented. This is just a preliminary build of course. There are definitely tweaks to be made. I was hoping the AI could deal with Flagstones but it can't ...next build will just have plains.

cards to remove for sure:
Mass Calcify....clearly this is too expensive...I didnt really look at the cost when I included it.

It looks good, I'll probably use this as a deck in the Quest mode since I need good AI tuned decks.

Looks pretty strong... I was wondering though, in what way can't the AI handle the Flagstones of Trokair? I remember writing the code, the plains fetch should definitely trigger for the AI as well.

The computer apparently will only put a Basic Land into play and as such will never put a non-Basic Land such as the Flagstones of Trokair into play.DennisBergkamp wrote:Looks pretty strong... The computer will play seven Basic Land and then will stop playing lands. The rest of the lands in the deck are placed at the bottom of the deck. If a game lasted long enough to get to the bottom of the deck, what would happen?
I suspect that any non-Basic Land would remain in the computer's hand or would be discarded and would not be put into play.

Thank you.
I have downloaded your recent decks and they look like a lot of fun.
The Preeminent Captain caught my attention. I thought that maybe a B W R goblin deck might be nice with the Preeminent Captain, but I have not yet found the time to try it out.

Soldier.dec in MTGForge is best served as a WW varient. Here is a more soldierly deck:
60 Total Cards
22 Creatures
-------------
4x Akrasan Squire
4x Aven Riftwatcher
4x Preeminent Captain
2x Ranger of Eos
4x Soltari Foot Soldier
4x Veteran Armorer
23 Spells
----------
3x Armageddon
4x Glorious Anthem
4x Marble Diamond
1x Mox Pearl
4x Swords to Plowshares
4x Tithe
3x Wrath of God
15 Land
--------
15x Plains
This deck is far less robust than the WW I posted above but it does take more advantage of the Captain's ability. On the other hand it doesn't win (for the computer) as much so...lol.
