I'd say 6-8 is when it starts to be noticeable. The computer seems to take a moment to think about each creature and slowly gives each one the little attacking symbol. If you try it with 10 or more creatures it's glacial. Maybe it works better for you because you have a better computer?friarsol wrote:How many creatures is large, I don't generally play token decks or wait till have a ton of creatures to mass attack? It's definitely faster when I attack with like 6-8 creatures. Are you sure it's not just the slow repainting that makes it seem slower?Niv-Mizzet wrote:New Alpha Strike button could use some work. Currently if you have a large number of creatures (such that one would want to employ the button) it actually takes longer for the creatures to be added to the attack than it would if you clicked each individually.

There's a problem with Temporal Aperture. After paying the 5 mana, and the card revealed is a creature, I clicked on it again to cast the creature. Then I clicked on it again by accident, putting it on the stack twice. The first instance put the creature into play on my side, but then the second instance removed the creature from my side and put it into play on the computer's side
I tried it again, clicking many times, putting many instances on the stack. In the end, the computer always got the creature.

The Storm triggered ability doesn't count the number of spells cast during the turn at the right time. It should count the number of spells already cast as it goes onto the stack, and create that many copies of the original spell when it resolves.
At the moment, the Storm ability is counting spells cast (along with creating copies) as it resolves. This means, for instance, that a Counterspell targeting a Grapeshot will counter the original spell but will cause an extra Storm copy to be generated (you can wait until the Storm ability resolves to cast the Counterspell, but you shouldn't have to.)

No this just sounds like it's not repainting right away like I mentioned earlier. I've added a repainting that actually works now, and it feels much snappier.Niv-Mizzet wrote:I'd say 6-8 is when it starts to be noticeable. I don't know what machine you are on, but I do most of my testing on a small netbook. It's by no means beastly. (1.3 Ghz CPU, 2 Gigs of Ram)

Known issue I think. Phyrexian Metamorph was copying Strangleroot Geist when it died game hung.

Another known issue. Chalice of the Void set on zero counters a Chalice of the Void cast for 2 mana.

That's... odd. I've been testing clones quite extensively and I've seen nothing wrong like this with Phyrexian Metamorph. (It was incorrectly flagged as not optional but that shouldn't cause a hang :S) If you get this again, could you please try to include a screenshot of the boardstate?muppet wrote:Known issue I think. Cellar Door is milling from the top of the library instead of the bottom. It says that target player is to put the bottom card of their library into the graveyard.

Well now I'm confused, because that's the structure I use - and I don't see any use of land2-4 etc..friarsol wrote:<set>/Card Name.full.jpgXitax wrote:How are the LQ images organized? That might be a clue.

I'm really thinking that it's the fact that you're using HQ images. I don't think Forge fully supports them anymore due to heap space and other performance issues.Xitax wrote:Well now I'm confused, because that's the structure I use - and I don't see any use of land2-4 etc..friarsol wrote:<set>/Card Name.full.jpgXitax wrote:How are the LQ images organized? Which is a statement that doesn't make sense if the AI gets varied lands but the human doesn't!timmermac wrote:I'm really thinking that it's the fact that you're using HQ images. Fixed! Thanks muppet.muppet wrote:Another known issue. Chalice of the Void set on zero counters a Chalice of the Void cast for 2 mana.
I've just tested it and the card came from the bottom.Emfatic wrote: Cellar Door is milling from the top of the library instead of the bottom. It says that target player is to put the bottom card of their library into the graveyard.

I didn't mention that it happened when the computer played it targeting me. The message in the log said that the card was taken from the top of my deck. I wouldn't be able to know if that is actually what it did or not though. I wouldn't think that the behaviour of this card would be different depending on which player is playing it.Sloth wrote:I've just tested it and the card came from the bottom.Emfatic wrote: Cellar Door is milling from the top of the library instead of the bottom. I think that it's just a stack description being wrong. By default scripts that use that mechanic mill from the top.Emfatic wrote:I didn't mention that it happened when the computer played it targeting me. Edit: Yip, that was indeed the problem (its the only card that mills from the bottom so kinda slipped by). Fixed!
