AI casts a Kemuri-Onna from Knowledge Pool and chooses to discard itself.

When the AI plays Aven Fogbringer (and probably creatures like it), it chooses to return one of my tapped lands instead of an untapped one. Note that this is when all my lands are basic lands, so it doesn't make sense.

Re: Glacial Fortress (Improvements) Requests

I noticed that when playing the Glacial Fortress it will be tapped even if another one is already in play. But according to the rulings:
"This checks for lands you control with the land type Plains or Island, not for lands named Plains or Island. The lands it checks for don't have to be basic lands. For example, if you control Watery Grave (a nonbasic land with the land types Island and Swamp), Glacial Fortress will enter the battlefield untapped."
Can someone please update this.
Thanks!
Nathan

This is working correctly according to the rule you posted. Glacial Fortress doesn't have the type Plains or Island even though it can produce White or Blue mana. It's only type is "Land" so everything is working as expected here.

Ahh, I see. I thought type was what the land could create, not the text on the card.

AI doesn't seem to take Wither (or probably Infect) creatures that have First Strike into account. I attacked with a 2/2 w/ First Strike & Wither and he blocked with a Vanilla 3/3 (expecting for my attacker to die). Since the actual damage dealt was after the -1/-1 counters were placed, my creature didn't die and his was severely weakened.

The Ai would equip one creature with 2 Nemesis Mask AND enchant it with Lure

The AI would cast a rogue first, then cast Oona's Blackguard. Would he have done it vice cersa, the rogue would have gotten a +1/+1 counter

The computer keeps playing small 1 or 2 toughness creatures while AEther Flash is in play. He can lose a bunch of creatures this way.

- I control Bloodrite Invoker and AI morphes up Shaper Parasite, targeting nothing with it's ability.
- AI controls Borderland Ranger, Dreampod Druid, Stuffy Doll and Darksteel Gargoyle. When I attack with It That Betrays, AI sacrifices first Stuffy Doll and a land, and next time Darksteel Gargoyle and a land. AI should sacrifice the worthless creatures first...

Both fixed! Thanls Nordos.Nordos wrote:The AI would cast a rogue first, then cast Oona's Blackguard. Would he have done it vice cersa, the rogue would have gotten a +1/+1 counter
Shaper Parasite will no longer appear in AI decks.cc-drake wrote:- I control Bloodrite Invoker and AI morphes up Shaper Parasite, targeting nothing with it's ability.
I did some work on the sacrificing AI. There is still a lot to do though.cc-drake wrote:- AI controls Borderland Ranger, Dreampod Druid, Stuffy Doll and Darksteel Gargoyle. Thanks cc-drake.

AI played Brass Herald. He had one Blade Splicer, one Spire Golems, one Solemn Simulacrum and one Golem Token. He had chosen Artificier.
IMO it should have been golems

In one of my quests, I've got an entire deck based off the fact that the AI will tap its own "venomized" lands without a second thought - the ones with Psychic Venom, Contaminated Ground, etc.
A Tabernacle At Pendrell Vale, plus this bug, makes the AI gleefully pound itself to shreds.

precomputing the next steps is not implemented in the AI but I had the case where I had 3 life left and AI had Phantom Warrior on the battlefield, then played Time Warp - and did not attack twice. Precomputing would be useful
Before that I attacked with several strong creatures and AI blocked with too many creatures (did it expect me to cast a trample instant with a mono B zombie deck?) which was not neccessary. If it didn't do it, the counterattack would have killed me.
So it wasted two good opportunities and lost the next turn after that.
